(Primary renter must be at least 25)
-The Living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico with 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas

-Living Room includes a 60” Flat screen TV

-Kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink and disposal
-Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker

-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 32” Flat screen TV and a gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has a two separate showers and double vanity

-2nd bedroom has a KING size bed with views of the gulf and a full bathroom attached.
-Off the 2nd master bedroom is a bunk room with 2 twin size beds.

-The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen and Twin size beds with a full bathroom attached.

-The 4th bedroom is a lockout master suite with a king size bed and attached bathroom.

-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
-There is full size washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit

We took our military softball team to PCB and we slept 14 people in this condo comfortably.<br/><br/>Minor snags no parking passes when we arrived, TVs were being upgraded and were not all working. Chair on the balcony had a damaged leg but none of our snags caused us any issues and we were able to enjoy ourselves in between games.

This condo is everything we were looking forward to staying in: beautiful views of the ocean & sunsets. The layout was exactly what we were looking forward to having. Sent a text to have some cleaning done and everything was perfect the next day. We would stay here again.

Overall we were very happy woth our stay. We did have a few issues with things not working properly (lights in one bedroom, ice maker, and one curtain was messed up) but nothing major. The only real complaint was that housekeeping walked in and tried to tell us we had to leave a day early. She was very rude and didn't offer an apology when we told her she was wrong. I did call the main office and they were very apologetic, however I'm not sure what was done to resolve the issue. Location was absolutely perfect and convenient to many local places.

We have stayed at Sterling Beach for the past 2 years and will be coming back! The property is great, pool, hot tub and grounds are well kept. Pool is heated for our evening swim on Thanksgiving Day.<br/>The Condo is beautiful. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy family time and plenty of room to get some R&R. We had 4 adults and 7 kids and there was plenty of room.<br/>Great view, comfortable beds and couches, and a great layout.<br/>Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sterling Beach. The condo was spacious, the beds and the furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the bathrooms were nice. The bldg. is very well maintained and secure. Had ample parking. The pool area and exercise room were convenient. The beach access was pretty easy once we got our pass code. There are many shops and things to do in PCB.<br/> We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this condo. Thank you.

Loved the location, loved the condo. Easy access to beach. Nice pool. Area was not overly busy like others we have stayed at. Fitness center was small with outdated treads that could use an update. Cleaning of the condo could use improvement- floors in rooms were dirty and had food beside und under furniture, showers had mold. BUT it is a fantastic condo and location.
