Hidden Dunes 7th floor 3 BR 3 Bath extra-large END UNIT condo 10 foot ceilings Large Balcony is just a few steps from the Master Suite King Bed En-suite Bath, 2nd Master BR King Bed adjoining private bath, 3rd Bedroom 2 Queen Size Beds, adjoining bath, Great room has a Queen Size Murphy Bed with thick memory foam mattress and a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.

EASY CONTACTLESS CHECK IN: Guests DO NOT register at the Front Desk Upon arrival. Your reservations includes the resort's $50 registration fee in the total shown when you click on view details. We pay the resort's fee in advance for 2 Parking Passes that will be in the condo upon your arrival. There is a public parking lot close by for parking additional vehicles and trailers.

End Unit has a wrap around balcony larger than most Hidden Dunes Condos. Heated pool Nov - Mar. for a relaxing swim. If the sun and sand are what you crave then you are a few more short steps from basking on the beautiful white sand. In the evening you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony or taking a romantic walk on the beach! You'll just wish your vacation didn't have to end SO soon.

We rent to families with no security deposit required so you can spend that money on vacation.

We had a wonderful time at Hidden Dunes 701. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Great views and beautiful weather also contributed to a wonderful family vacation. Our three youngest grandkids (ages 7, 7, 8) loved the pool and the little Murphy type bed...the three section mattress was perfect for them to have their weeklong “cousin sleepover”. They fit perfectly sleeping on it sideways giving their parents some privacy in the bedrooms. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. We had 6 adults, 2 teens (14 and 15) and the three younger ones. Perfect size!!! Thanks for a wonderful week!!

Very pleased with the openness of the whole condo. Bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen was set up nicely. Very large open concept. Everything was great. I would highly recommend that the mattresses be updated. Was able to sleep however definitely need to be upgraded. Great location and good property. Wold definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was very spacious and accommodated our family well. The balcony area was also oversized. The amenities provided were good however the cookware could use updating. The complex was small and never crowded. We never had to wait for the elevator or have difficulty finding a lounge chair at the pool. The beach area was less crowded as well. We definitely plan to stay there again on our annual trip.

Our extended family stayed in this unit, and we had a great time. The elevators are fast, and the property was well-maintained, with easy access to the pool & beach. Check-in was easy, and 2 sets of beach chairs were a great bonus/value. The unit itself is very large and match the pictures well - we had plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed our stay in this unit and would rent here again.

This was the first time we went south for a month in the winter and our first visit to PCB. We researched the condos offered through Emerald Coast and happened upon this one in Hidden Dunes. The condo was gorgeous, spacious, and the view was fabulous. The deck was larger than it looked in the pictures and we really enjoyed the taller Adirondack chairs. I have a plethora of fabulous sunset pictures taken from the balcony. <br/>I cannot say enough about the management. Our washer died in the first week (on a Thursday afternoon). We reported it that day, had a repairman come Friday pm and by Monday had a new washer and dryer delivered. Great service!<br/>We went to many great restaurants, and would highly recommend Captain Anderson&#x2019;s, Schooners, First watch, La Crema in Rosemary Beach and The Red Bar in Grayton Beach.<br/>The location was great as it was not in the middle of PCB and was a little quieter, but within 10-20 minutes of everything. Really fabulous time!

This was our first family vacation with the grandkids. There were 9 of us total and everyone had a great time. The condo was perfect and very spacious. Great views from the balcony. We saw dolphins every morning. And of course, everyone enjoyed the beautiful beach.

We had an awesome vacation! The condo was great for a big family. Elevators were fast, pool was awesome and the beach/beach chair service were fantastic. The beach was not crowded with lots of space for little ones to play.

This is one of the most spacious condos we have stayed in! It really felt like we were at home and not crammed into a hotel room. The floor to ceiling windows all the way across the condo ensures you have a perfect view of the ocean at all times! We love staying on the east of town. The beach was not crowded and 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas?!?! This was the 1st time we did not have to lug down a whole bunch of things. Just a bag for towels and sunscreen, very nice bonus! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Hope to stay here again soon!
