Regency Towers Beach Resort located on the east end of Panama City Beach Great Amenities at a Great Price! 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby.

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

Sorry No Dogs allowed except documented service dogs.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

We had a livery nice stay. The building itself was older, but well maintained and clean. The condo itself was perfect for us. Loved the patio furniture. Every morning we watched dolphins while we sat on the patio and drank coffee. The pools were great. The heated pool was wonderful when the weather cooled off. Loved the food hut. So convenient. Best burgers on the beach. Beds were comfy, updated bathroom shower was great. Can’t wait to do it again!

We love our stay at PCB Regency Towers. This was our third year coming with 2 being in this unit. Love the view and convenience of everything near us. The owner is very accessible and helpful.

Beautiful condo. Super clean and nicely decorated. The bed in the master was so comfortable! Best part was the amazing view while sitting in the glider. We would definitely return! The owner was wonderful as well and checked in to make sure everything was perfect.

There were a few issues with the unit. The remotes to the TV's did not match nor work on any of the televisions, so we did not have TV Saturday thru most of Monday, kids not happy. Called Monday and they came out that day to fix. The large unit on the stove was broken, so we had to cook on the small ones. One of the guest beds was hard as a rock, causing back pain to the one sleeping on it. Also, first time experiencing this; storms 2-miles out and the pools get closed down! This happened twice during our visit. Storms never reached us. I would stay here again; we had a blast in the pools and the tiki bar was great (food & drinks) and the room was overall decent. Staff was great and helpful!!

We rented this Regency Towers condo after seeing it shared on Facebook by a friend (owner). We haven’t stayed in Thomas Drive in several years and we’re apprehensive about the location. Coming down without the kids and grandkids, we knew that many activities weren’t necessary. After our 5-night stay, we decided it was in a perfect location near our favorite restaurants, shopping center and just overall a fairly quiet area.

The unit was just like the pictures displayed. It was clean, plenty of linens, had everything in the kitchen you need. 3 TVs with lots of viewing options, comfortable beds and washer/dryer. Breathtaking views of the ocean and beach from the patio which had 2 individual rockers and a 2-seat rocker. I stayed for 9 days and didn't want to leave.

This condo met our needs as snow birds. The kitchen was well equipped with a few exceptions. Only one kitchen towel and cloth, no storage containers so we bought some of those and left them. Rearranged the dishes so we would have room for food and supplies. Some of the cupboards and closets were filled with maintenance items and leftovers from remodel. Cushions for dining room chairs would be nice. I did not sleep well on the bed but my husband was good with it. Plenty of storage for clothes in bedrooms. Loved the kitchen table and outdoor furniture. Didn't realize the table expanded with hidden leaves until a week in!! Balcony furniture and view was nice. TV's were a nice size. Internet wasn't strong. Regency Towers itself is an old building and in need of repair and upgrades.

My family had a wonderful vacation. The space was great for us. Location was perfect to everything. It was stocked for a family. <br/>I would recommend 2 things extra blankets and new cushions for the outdoor furniture.

This was the first time that we had vacationed in Panama City Beach in a long time. We were a little disappointed with the sand, it was hard to walk on with the recent beach reconstruction. There were very few shells. We did like the room. It was spacious, not very clean, there was sand in the floor that I had to sweep up and we had not been to the beach so it was not from us. The sink disposal was stopped up. This also was not from us because it didn't even cut on. My sister had to buy a coffee maker because there was not one in the room that worked either. Also there was sand on the couch and sofa, not from us.
