So happy with our stay. Nice condo complex. Clean condo with a lot of modern decor. Great balcony! Chair and table out there was useful. Can see the through the ocean from the top, which was awesome. Host was responsive leading up to the trip when I had questions. Parking was good by the elevators. Would stay again!!! Pool and hot tub also very nice.

Lot’s of room! Beds were great! The staff at ECDI got some chairs and barstools very quickly! We had a wonderful time!! The staff at ECDI were very friendly and helpful!

The only minor issue was that there was only 1 days worth of paper products. When I questioned that via email. I was told that that it was outlined in an earlier email. I don’t recall ever seeing that information. We had to make an additional stop at a grocery store.

We had a great time. There was plenty of room in the condo and the view was absolutely beautiful! The only thing was I thought the property furniture and bedding were a little worn. A few updates and it would have been perfect. No issues with check in or check out. We ordered our groceries to the condo and didn’t have to get in the car at all! Super relaxing.

We had a great stay in this 6th floor unit with the large Tropic Winds balcony.The unit has been recently renovated. I loved the space, however, there are still some issues. Paint touch ups needed, paint is peeling away from sheet rock in master bath..looks like water behind paint. There has been something spilled ans smeared on one of the guest bath sink that wouldn't come off. The master tub had a hole. There needs to be bar stools. Only 4 chairs for a condo that fits 10. The kitchen needs some utensils and pans need to be upgraded. There needs to be a rug or shoe mat to catch the sand at from door. The mattresses not the best...but never are like home. The dresser in master was leaning weird and the drawers stayed open...we found a stick and propped up. <br/>I know this sounds like a lot of negative...but it wasn't at all a problem or distraction from our vaca. We beached everyday..tried to swim but pool was cold..which is weird because it was so warm.<br/>Overall, we love PCB, we love Tropic Winds and loved the condo. I would/will stay again and I will recommend to others.

I would definitely stay here again. The building and unit were both clean. We had a small leak coming from a unit up stairs and staff was quick to respond to get the problem fixed!

This was a great place to stay. It is out enough that traffic was no problem but close enough to be in the middle of everything in a minute. The layout of the condo is perfect. We drove a large vehicle so entering and exiting the parking garage required some pulling up and backing up to make the corners but condo and location made up for the parking. My family will definitely book this condo again!

The location and beach view were the highlights of this property. The place is roomy and laid out nice. There are a few amenities that would go a long way. Thicker towels, beach towels, blankets, toaster, extra paper towels and toilet paper. Bathtub was not clean enough to feel comfortable taking a bath.
