At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Towers TOWER 1!

ALL NEW FURNITURE INCLUDING MATTRESSES in the winter of 2020/2021.

This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

PARKING: Includes parking, one reserved spot in #320. (The other car will have to park in any of the non reserved spaces)

* 2 Master suites – Both with KING size beds.

The oceanfront master offers a king size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds.

The 4th bedroom has a twin size bunkbeds.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

This Unit is on the 6th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

When you stay at the Majestic, you can truly STAY at the Majestic, there is no need to leave the resort.
Or you can easily walk to some of the best beachfront restaurants and bars and the many specialty shops and restaurants at Edgewater Mall.

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

I would say we enjoyed our experience it was a beautiful building and the views from the balcony were amazing. The cleanliness of the building could’ve been better there was dirt still in the beddings in the master, the sofa bed, the single bed room, and the bathroom floor was dirty. There was also a few broken things including the fridge door, a chip in the mirror in the single bed room, and a lamp broke due to how a suction was created when you open the front door and balcony door at the same time. The space was large and I liked how they had a Starbucks on site, the pools/ hot tubs were amazing, and the direct access to the beach was huge.

We loved this condo. So many details were similar to our own home. The 6th floor was the perfect view. The Security protocols were a little creepy though. They watch you on cameras at hot tub, pool and gym. I didn't know you couldn't have a drink within 6' of hot tub, so they used camera to monitor. My son forgot to rerack weights in the gym, they used cameras to scold him. Since the weather was cool, we were not really using the facilities much. If it were summer, I would probably think differently.

The location was great. The elevators did not take any longer than to be expected at a summer condo on the beach. Parking garage is a ways away & the staff on our arrival were very hateful! The condo was nice but not very clean. Sheets & showers were not clean upon arrival. Very limited amount of towels for bathing & 0 extra sheets! Overall it was a good stay.

We had a wonderful vacation. We were able to walk to dinner several evenings; there were many options within walking distance. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The only thing I will note is that this section of the beach is very busy and got crowded.

The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. The only complaints I have are that there were several light bulbs out, The couches were uncomfortable and like sitting on springs, dishwasher soap trap was broken, there were dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, and the Keurig had an old pod still in it. While this may not seem like a big issue, being charged almost $250 for poor cleaning service is something that should be revisited by the owner. Service is a two-way street; we are expected to follow set rules while staying on property, and I expect to get a clean unit with working amenities.

The location of our condo was perfect. The condo was spacious! The balcony was great! The only issue was it was not as clean as it should have been. The supplies were extremely limited. But after we cleaned it was perfect. The checkin was perfect just go to your condo and enter your code. We had a great time. The ammenities were great.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect location for our family spring break trip. The condo was tastefully decorated and in a great location. We enjoyed having the coffee shop, bar and Cafe on site.

This was an amazing condo. It was great for our family of 12. We have 4 generations staying together every year and this was a great place for ALL of us-from the 9 month old baby to our 87 year old Grandmother. The owner was gracious enough to extend our vacation to accommodate our needs. The view was beautiful and we were ALL very satisfied. Looking forward to booking this again next year!!
