This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.

This condo is top tier! We have stayed at the Majestic many times with different rental companies. Out of all those times Emerald Coast has things rights. Condo was as stated, property manager was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall it was a great trip and given the opportunity we would rent this condo again.

Had a great time this week at the condo. Rooms were roomy and the shower/bathroom in the main room was huuuge. We couldn’t find any pot holders in the kitchen for removing things from the stove. And there wasn’t a dresser in the room with the 2 beds but we just used the closet in the bathroom for clothes so it was no biggie.

Overall great vacation, 9 stayed in the unit.<br/>Condo<br/>The condo was newly remodeled and refurnished (or at least appeared that way). Everything was comfortable and stocked with enough to get by for the week. Everything worked. The unit was mostly clean though there was some sand throughout on the floors and in one of the bunk beds - maybe in the blankets. One minor maintenance issue was addressed within a few hours. Another maintenance issue reported the week before was also addressed. However, the tech arrived unannounced and said we should have been told, which we were not - it was no big deal, but a head's up would have been appreciated.<br/>Property<br/>Parking/unloading for Majestic is necessarily systematic to maintain luggage cart availability; the carts are necessary due to the long walk to the parking garage. Parking was always available on the 5th and 5th levels. There were long waits at elevators at peak times, they are tall buildings and it is to be expected. Property and pool rules were semi-regularly enforced. I had an Amazon package delivered and was able to quickly retrieve it from the secured parcel room. The last night a group of spring breakers arrived to the unit beside us and were loud with music and banging doors until the very early morning hours (3-4a).<br/>Location<br/>The location is good, just not during spring break. Large groups of loud, unruly older teens roamed the streets and beach. We moved our beach set-up one day due to a large such group who fill a space big enough for four with a group of about 12. They turned up the music loudly, threw balls among other beach goers kicking up sand and loudly using course language around families with littles. And, we chose to pass on a favorite restaurant or two due to the spring breakers behavior. Local news well documented unruly spring breaker's activities. In the past, we've visited before just after spring break and observed none of this. We'll be back, just at a different time of

The views are amazing, we were able to see the sunsets from balcony and morning sunshine thru our room glass doors. We had a big group of 12 including kids and there was plenty of space and things to do. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Starbucks and convenience store downstairs is a plus. Customer service is the best. Our fist condo was not ready and we were quickly reassigned to this condo, our choice. Then I forgot my phone and they were able ship nda for me. We plan on returning next year.

Our rental was great! Our original room ended up being sold (the unit itself, not just the week) so we were offered this room in exchange and it was an upgrade! 4 bedrooms with plenty of room. Ample parking. Great views and the Starbucks downstairs was a plus!

We got upgraded to this unit after paying for another unit at another resort that was horribly discusting. But walking into 902 at majestic We couldn't be happier. The unit was clean and perfect with wonderful views. And it had plenty of room for our group of 10. Only complaint I had was the dryer took alot longer than normal to dry. But I would deffinatley stay again.

Love the resort... condo needs some TLC.

We come to PCB every year, sometimes more than once and stay at different resorts. When I first walked in to the condo, it smelled clean. Overall looked clean. Once we got all family members there, we noticed a few things. The master bedroom shower had mold all around the bottom edges. The master bedroom had dust bunnies on the wall above the bed. Half of the patio furniture was ripped, dirty(bird droppings and old) and unusable. Patio floor needs cleaned. Kitchen cabinets did not shut properly and under the sink was dirty. Only one kitchen towel and rag provided. Both spare bathrooms had moldy shower curtains. Multiple light bulbs needed replaced throughout condo. A corner of the ceiling in dining area was pealing off looks like due to water leak from above. Kitchen table and coffee table very unstable. Our feet were very dirty as the entire floor needs a good cleaning.<br/>Pros: bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Ample space for large families. Love the set up and space of the condo! It just needs some TLC. The resort is one of the best we have stayed at. Was not crowded and several indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. Elevators were quick with no waiting. We enjoyed our stay despite a few issues with the condo.

Absolutely beautiful condo! This condo had everything we needed and much more! The property was very clean and the property manager had excellent customer service. We will definitely be booking through Emerald Coast again. I would definitely recommend this condo and ECD.

Communication through VRBO was great and easy. Received communication for arrival and all info needed for rental. It was a little confusing when we first arrived and there was never anyone at the desk to ask any questions about anything to which was a little disappointing as we had various questions throughout our stay. I finally just called the number for security and asked them. <br/>Condo-large, with beautiful views and comfortable beds. I would say it&#x2019;s time for an update with the older decor but I did see that in the photos and chose it anyway. Just a tip as I looked at many other properties there online and they are a more updated decor. The couch needs replaced as when you sit on the right side, you are basically sitting on the frame. I would suggest a new cleaning crew as they do not move anything to clean and just clean around items. Lots of dust and trash pieces under couch and coffee table (dropped something under the couch and moved the coffee table to play a family game of cards). There was also long pieces of hair on the shower walls in the hallway bathroom, a toy left in the bunk bed and rhe 2nd bedroom shower curtain needs washed (it&#x2019;s nasty) <br/>I would also suggest new balcony furniture. The oversized chairs to each side, extremely worn and worried I would fall through it. The table is warped. <br/>View was amazing. It was my absolute favorite part. View and the 4 bedrooms. <br/>The resort was nice. Disappointed the grill/bar closed at 6. We did lose power often during our trip and there was construction in the condo above us which would have been nice to know since I found out the owner was alerted to it happening. (I planned to take a long nap on the last day so I could drive home in the middle of the night and it was so loud, I couldn&#x2019;t- had I of known, I just would have planned a little differently- updates need to happen :) <br/>All in all- would definitely rent this condo again if we are in the area. Just sharing some of
