Come enjoy yourself at The Majestic and relax in luxury in the center of Panama City Beach. Whether you are on a romantic get-away or a family vacation this unit will make your vacation that much better. Enjoy yourself on our spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise or sip a cold cocktail while the sun sets, all you have to do is step outside of your bedroom!

This property is in TOWER 2 of the Majestic.

This spacious interior set-up with coastal/modern interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop, and a 65" flat screen smart television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a Queen Size pullout couch.

The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom has a king size bed a private bathroom.

The third bedroom has 4 twin size bunks 2 full size bunks with a flat screen TV.

The queen sleeper sofa in the living room brings the sleeping capacity to 10.

Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items.

***For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

Over all great stay. Hospitality was amazing. Only thing I found weird was owners kept third floor parking for themselves. Shouldn’t guest have the best parking? Found it very difficult to find a parking spot in the evening so we didn’t go out as much as we wanted bc of that.

Condo was clean and very will laid out for our two families, 4 adults 6 kids, everything was in great condition short of the dishwasher, it has issues with the door and probably time to replace it, very small item compared to how great of a condo this was to stay at

It was all about the wonderful balcony as we had some rainy weather. Nice to be on the third floor close to the beach but also right above a inside/outside pool, so sometimes noisy. Needs a new dishwasher. Can't get deliveries to your door due to security, figured it out the hard way. No extra kitchen supplies like normal (salt, oil etc) and only 1 of paper products including trash bags. Very clean, lots of room.

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect location with a stunning view of the ocean. The condo was clean (although the floors could have used a more thorough cleaning)but it was spacious, and had all the amenities we needed except for the Keurig (was not functional) It was so relaxing and peaceful to wake up to the gorgeous view and sound of the ocean. The bunk room was a hit with our girls they said the bunk beds were super comfortable and the master bedroom had a super comfy bed as well. We would definitely stay there again!

We arrived on February 1st,2023 and immediately loved the Condo. It is large and very comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. We knew immediately that we wanted it next year. The location is super with many stores close by, and the outdoor furniture is so comfortable with an amazing view of the sunsets. Unfortunately, when I tried to rebook for next year I was told to go to the website. after numerous tries to talk to a person and no returned e-mails or calls, and 3 different emails to try, with no success and 14 days of trying I finally saw that it was rented for January and February 2024. I have been with the Management company for 2 previous years and was always able to speak to an agent. The whole experience was very frustrating and disappointing. But all and all we will try another time to book the condo in February because we really loved our time there.

Excellent experience with Emerald Coast Destinations. Efficiency in booking process, confirmation, ease of gaining access to unit, numbers to call if assistance was needed. Majestic is a great property & the unit was fantastic! Very comfortable beds, clean & plenty of space. Would definitely stay again. Would help to have a map of the property layout. Overall a great experience.

My family and I enjoy the beach and the Majestic Resorts Pools. That the Condo, I rented had some issues that desperately need addressing! Especially the Mold in the Master Shower! �� And the 3 chairs on the deck that are broken! Also, housekeeping definitely needs to do a lot better! When we got to the room and opened up the freezer, there was raw fish frozen in it! �� And the refrigerator had a lot of nasty stuff as well. Plus, dishes in the dishwasher still had food left inside stuck to it. (Now, I do have pictures of this that I took). On our last night there as we were walking to our room, a lady came out of it! Seems she had been in our room because it was checked out to her! �� Luckily, she realized it was not an efficiency. So my son went downstairs and helped her out at the guest desk. But, when he came back up the door no longer would lock. So, we had only the door clip to lock it by. Because, according to the policy of rules if you call Maintenance, you have to leave the room for 4 hours! And with a 1 and 6 year old at 10:00pm at night! It is not gonna happen! Anyway, the final complaint is having Housekeeping ringing the doorbell on Checkout Day, 30 minutes before you are to be gone! And telling you time to go!! ���� Then when I replied we will be gone in about 15 minutes, she replies, “I no speak English!” So, overall it was a hit with the pool, snowcone stand, little food/bar area! Excellent drinks & food there! And the Beach! But, the Miss... Well, I believe I listed more then enough.

Location was great. Easy to reach from parking deck.
