This 3 BR 2 BA 9th floor condo sleeps 12. King in Master Suite and Large 2nd BR, Queen and Full Size Bunk Beds in 3rd BR, Queen sleeper sofa. Granite counter tops in kitchen, tile floors both bathrooms remodeled, walk in shower in the Master bath.

Great amenities at a budget price! Family friendly resort lots to do 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts and over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront to enjoy.

Located on the east end of PCB 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas, deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat jet ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s, Patches Bar and Grille, and Schooners Open Air Restaurant on the beach.

Handicap accessible NOT ADA Compliant

No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

Spring Break Ages 18-25 Prices shown are for 8 people we will add $125 + tax each for 9th-12th guests and a $300 refundable Security Deposit to the total shown on the website.

A $40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

We arrived on August 10th and the staff was great. Very friendly, the facility was very clean, and parking was easy. <br/><br/>Our condo was great! Super clean, very spacious for 7 people. Only minor inconvenience was the refrigerator took 2 full days to get our groceries cold. After reading it looks like they defrost after each visit which made the fridge take so long to cool off. Also the beach staff was not friendly at all, i know that&#x2019;s the staff of the Regency Towers but just an fyi. Other than that we had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

Positive:<br/>1.Nice location with beautiful beaches.<br/>2.Very nice apartment.<br/>3.Responded well to some of the negatives below.<br/> <br/>Negatives:<br/>1.Lots of initial problems with lights, TVs & remotes. Felt apartment had been empty for months.<br/>2.A number of wall switches don&#x2019;t seem to be connected to anything.<br/>3.A corporate apartment with no personal touches and missing items you must bring or buy.<br/>4.3 water outages and 2 warnings.<br/>5.Last weekend a neighbor apartment doing refurbishment all weekend.<br/><br/>Some of these problems caused by apartment management.<br/>

This is an older resort but very nicely maintained. The condo is large with plenty of room and the description was accurate. The condo was clean and well maintained there were no issues needing the manager's attention during our stay. We enjoyed the set of 2 free beach chairs. The resort has two very nice pools and a huge beach area. The restaurant and full service bar between the pools was very nice and prices reasonable Bob was very responsive to our emails. We will be back and stay here again next year.

This rental was a fantastic experience for me and my friends. We were able to bring everyone this year and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. It was in a great location and I would rent this place again.

Condo was great, nice furnishings and clean. My family had a wonderful vacation! There were activities at the Regency Towers almost every day which was a plus. Can't wait until next year! Counting the days!

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again with a few improvements! It's soo convenient being right on the beach, especially with a toddler so you can come right up for nap if needed. <br/>A few things I think the owner should be made aware of: <br/>1. the refrigerator does not stay closed well, seems it needs a new seal or something. We kept the garbage can in front of it to keep it closed.<br/>2. The hallway bathroom, the tub faucet does not work, only the shower and there isn't any way to stop up the tub. Made baths inconvenient and difficult for my toddler. <br/>3. The couches could use a good cleaning. <br/><br/>We really loved the thick wood shades in the bedrooms, it helped keep the rooms dark and cool! We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit! We also liked that there were extra fans as we like to sleep with fans going at night time. <br/>We were especially greatful for the 2 wooden beach chairs that came with the rental! That was really nice. <br/>The kitchen could use a few more utensils but we made it work. <br/>One other thing that was a bit annoying but probably unavoidable was the unit below us was having construction done. There was extremely loud drilling going on in the middle of the day for several hours. That may not be bad for some because most people would be out at the beach or exploring except it was always happening right at my daughter's nap time. <br/><br/>Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.<br/>Thank you! <br/><br/>

Very clean and love the location. The beach was not crowded and karaoke was fun. King mattress in 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced and more utensils for cooking/grilling. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

Regency towers was so awesome. Was close to everything and it had everything we needed for the stay. The property was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back.

The condo was very nice and accommodating. Day Cajun Place is a MUST! The service and food was amazing!!! The Back Porch by the pier was very good also. Definitely would stay here again!
