We had a great time staying in this condo. It was updated and very nice. The only problem we had was the floor was dirty, after walking around on the floor for a few minutes the bottoms of our feet were black. We swept the floor to try and help, but it didn’t. The rest of our stay was great, I would stay here again, but make sure you bring a pair of indoor shoes!

We had a great time. We've stayed at the Majestic for several years and this was our favorite condo. Love the renovated bathrooms with the larger shower in the master bath. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but maintenance came right away and fixed it within 20 minutes. We are an active group and played pickleball and line danced daily. The one thing I'd encourage the owner to do is to replace the comforters on the beds, as they were well worn and showing some age/usage and somewhat stained, especially the master. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken and we had a drainage issue in the main bathroom, but we reported those. The couches in the living room need replacing in my opinion, as they're getting worn. No fault of owner, but the elevators can sometimes require long wait times even on non-check in days.

We went on a family vacation with our parents and overall everyone really liked the condo. There were some issues that were NO fault of the condo owners tho. Tower one had no one at the front desk the whole time we were there. We had to go to tower 2 if we needed a day pass for a friend to visit. There was a issue somewhere that everyone had to evacuate the building. One fire truck was there. Our parents are elderly and had to walk 9 flights of stairs due to evacuation. It took a toll on them for the rest of the week. I feel there should be some type of protocol displayed for a possible emergency when elderly people are involved. When fire truck left there was no clear to go back announcement. We constantly smelled marijuana smoke while sitting on our balcony which was annoying. Again no fault of the condo owners! That is something that I feel Emerald coast needs to address. We were on the 12th floor and could see a lot of stingrays along the coast, watched some dolphins swimming and jumping around (Bring binoculars). Loved that! We went on the sea screamer dolphin tour which is close by, highly recommend that. There are places to eat within blocks. Overall stay was good. Condo was clean, decorated very nice and worked out great. Condo owners response to emails were quick. I would return to this same condo for another vacation in the future.

This room was perfect for us! Very Clean and spacious awesome view from the balcony! This unit is very well maintained. Very good location to restaurants and other activities in the area. We hope to book this same unit next year. Absolutely loved it here!!

Great place to stay if you don't mind crowds. Clean white beach. Pool area is nice. Room was just like the pictures. Very nice. The only bad thing I can say is the wait for elevator on the weekends was a bit much. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Condo looked just like the pictures on the website. unit was clean, furnishings were very nice, not too old. Room was next to the corner unit so it was nice and quiet for our young guests. Elevators at peak times were slow, but ok other times. would definitely consider staying at this unit again.

A great place to stay with a family the condo had more than enough room for our family and we never felt like we were cramped at all. When we first walked in we were in shock because the pictures do not show how nice this place really is. Everything is comfortable and well decorated. The view is amazing! Not too high but not to low, we were able to clearly see dolphins from our balcony. The sounds of the waves crashing at night time is something my family will never forget. We will be going back!
