BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!

Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

This was a Great condo right on the beach with the best unbelievable views,fast elevators nice big showers fully stocked kitchen, very nice place. The only bad part was not a working TV remote for 3 tvs. Overall this place is clean and a condo I would love to come back to, the big pool is amazing also a must visit! I would give it 5 stars review for sure!

Great condo at great location!! Everything was ready when we got there with door code no need to check-in or check-out. Plenty of parking and condo bracelets for pool. Condo was clean and we had everything we needed!! I would stay here again!!

Nice place, great view, floor and furniture were filthy. Furniture is stained and needs cleaning, and don’t think the floor was ever mopped inside - the black feet told the story. Otherwise it was nice and as pictured/described.

Overall our condo was great. The only issues we had were the sheets on the two bed room were too small for the mattresses. We had to keep putting the sheets back on. Also the commode in the second bathroom made the strangest noises all the time. Nothing that we couldn't handle! The view was beautiful from our 4th floor unit. We had a great time

Check in was easy, room was ready when promised. Pictures were accurate. We were disappointed 3 light bulbs were out and a towel bar had been ripped out of the wall. We emailed upon arrival to report this. They sent out a maintenance crew the next day to fix- however, they didn't alert us they were sending anyone. We were on the beach and came up for lunch to find workers in the room. We had jewelry and money sitting out- it was a little unsettling. But the repairs were made & nothing appears missing. The condo was tile throughout and while sandy floors are typical on a beach trip. Anytime we walked on the floors our feet were black. It appears the sticky floors hadn't been mopped in months. It was frustrating having to wear shoes inside to prevent your feet from being filthy. Would book condo again if knew it had been cleaned.

Very spacious unit with amazing views because of the floor to ceiling windows not only in the living room and dining area but both bathrooms. The balcony was so large with table and 4chairs but only one lounge chair which needed repair, the door was hard to open to the balcony but they came and fixed it for us.

Long Beach is a well kept older type property. The condo's lay-out are very spacious. It has windows in all rooms that reach from floor to top. This particular condo we stayed was okay, but could use a little TLC. The sheets and pillows and towels were not very luxe. Other than that Long Beach is a lovely property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 403 of Tower 1 at Long Beach Condos in Panama City Beach. Check in and check out were extremely easy. After you enter the door code on the unit you need to turn the upper knob to unlock the door. This tripped us up a tiny bit as we were expecting the door to be opened with just entering the correct code. The unit was clean, updated and well equipped. The floors are all tiled which makes it impossible to keep them sand free but that&#x2019;s to be expected at the beach. There were three sand chairs available to take to the beach but I would recommend getting chairs and umbrella (which is not included with this unit) from the guy renting them on the beach. He&#x2019;ll give you a discount for multiple day rental. Also you may want to bring an extension cord for the lamp in the main living area as it is located away from any electrical outlets. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying early mornings and beautiful sunsets. We definitely recommend this property and hope to return again.
