Come enjoy yourself at Majestic 1706 and relax in luxury in the center of Panama City Beach. Whether you are on a romantic get-away or a family vacation this unit will make your vacation that much better. Enjoy yourself on our spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise or sip a cold cocktail while the sun sets, all you have to do is step outside of your bedroom!

This spacious elegant interior set-up with tropical interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop with a central island, and a 50" flat screen television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a full mini bar off to the side, a DVD player, and Queen Size pullout couch.

The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in glass shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom offers a spacious queen size bed, flat screen television, and access to second bathroom.

The third bedroom offers a twin top and full bottom bunk combo with a flat screen television and a DVD player to watch movies. With the queen sleeper sofa bringing the sleeping capacity to 9!

Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items. ***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) the number of parking passes will permitted per condo will be limited to 1 to 2 depending on the week***

The place was big and spacious. Balcony was perfect! <br/><br/>The place could be cleaner. There was mold in places and the place overall<br/>Needed a little more TLC. The beds were loud to sleep on and every sneeze, cough, and every time you turn.... It&#x2019;s loud . Not comfortable. The bathtub did not work but the two showers did. The security guard was super super rude when I was confused on where to park my car when I stopped for directions. He was extremely rude and talked down to me. The receptionist I talked to on the phone was extremely nice !!!! <br/>Overall it&#x2019;s a good place to sleep at night bc we were rarely in the room.

This condo is in a great location it is located right on the beach and the view is beautiful. There is nothing like waking up in the morning and walking out on the patio to listen to the waves. The living room furniture looks okay but isn&#x2019;t very comfortable to sit on which if you are out on the beach all day you might not care. Overall the condo is nice and we are planning on staying in it at later date.

We had a great ime. the weather was a little chilly to begin but the last two weeks were Florida at it's best. when we first checked in we found the silver ware all thrown into the drawer. But after washing and putting them in order all was well. We had a few problems but they were taken care of by the staff quickly. I would really recommend some serious spring cleaning as it didn't seem like much care was taken when cleaning. I also would recommend some new sheets that fit the deep mattresses. I did need to buy a few new teaspoons as there were only 2. I really liked the size of the condo and it was great when my daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughter came to spend a couple of days.

The location of the condo was convenient. Easy access to the beach and pools. The cleanliness of the condo was really the only issue. There was an excessive amount of bird poop on the balcony as well as the furniture. We took it upon ourselves to clean the area and furniture in order to enjoy sitting outside in the mornings/evenings. The bathtub in the smaller bathroom was not very clean. Again, we took it upon ourselves to clean it. The bathtub also didn't drain properly so you would stand in quite a bit of water during a shower. The trash can in the kitchen was unfortunately disgusting. This was not something we were willing to clean. I would recommend a replacement trash can. We were able to access a card to the fitness center at no extra charge. This was an added bonus since we used it daily. <br/><br/>

I would let my friends know at the Majestic, we have stay at gulf crest to loved both of them. I would stay at this condo again. Mr. Caldwell is a very nice person.

Overall we had a great experience! On arrival the condo was good, the floor was not swept well, spots on couch that needed cleaned, chair in master bath by vanity needs a a super good clean or replaced and towels had hair in them and SUPER SUPER SMALL. We swept the floor and cleaned spots on couch. Towels we ended up washing and then we went and bought our own (bring your own with ya). I contacted ECDI about above issues and they responded right away which was very nice. The complex was well maintained and clean. Great pools and hot tubs, great location, down fall the bar was closed, beach was amazing, view from condo amazing, plenty of space in the condo for our family of 4. Overall, we would come back again, if cleaners could just clean it would be wonderful! Great getaway for our family!

Overall stay was pretty good. Beds were comfortable but mattresses had large stains and no covers. The only negative thing I can really say there were some dark colored birds that kept flying onto the balcony and there was LOTS of bird poop all over the balcony. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay!

Our family was so thankful to have had this space to spend time together this summer. The unit&#x2019;s decor is very tasteful and the kitchen has most everything you could need. Great number of beds for sleeping a large family, plus a pack&#x2019;n&#x2019;play and high chair were absolve for for use. All of the beds were very comfortable.The property management was responsive to any issues we had during our stay. The view was stunning and the various pools provided plenty extra entertainment for the younger ones in our group, including some indoor and some outdoor pools. Our family chose a very busy week to stay, so there were a great number of people staying at Majestic as well. The beach was also very crowded for this reason. Even with that though, there was a cordial environment amongst other vacationers. <br/><br/>A few things that could have been improved in our stay: Having more towels already in the unit (one to two per guest on the booking), more silverware in kitchen (for the amount of people the unit could accommodate, the silverware was a bit scarce), the parking passes and pool arm bands were not in our unit upon arrival, and the master bed could use sheet stays to keep the fitted sheet from slipping off the oversized mattress while sleeping. <br/><br/>Even with the room for improvement, I was extremely impressed with the promptness of the property management to make right each thing we brought to their attention. Parking passes and arm bands were provided the same evening we arrived, extra towels were brought to us the next morning, and the garbage disposal was repaired while we were there. The employees were all nice and helpful! <br/><br/>Overall we had a wonderful stay. Price was right, location stunning.
