We had three different directions for what needed to be done when we left. Had an email, refrigerator message and book instructions. They were all a little different. We followed the refrigerator message. <br/><br/>The house next to us, used our driveway for Uber drop off in the early morning hours. They were noisy.<br/> <br/>We were extremely glad to have the heated pool. The beach was very busy with spring breakers, our grandkids were in the pool at all times of the day. <br/><br/>We had questions about the pool and Chris came to explain and maintain it. He was great. <br/><br/>The property description was very accurate. We were very happy with it. We would recommend it to family and friends. <br/><br/>We rented a pontoon for Shell Island. Loved it. It was the best day.

WE HAD A LARGE GROUP AND THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT! THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE STAYED IN AN ACTUAL HOUSE AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! THE WALK TO THE BEACH WAS ONLY A COUPLE MINUTES AWAY, PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS AND ACTIVITIES NEARBY AND MY DAUGHTER LOVED THE POOL! WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF I HAD A LARGE GROUP

The home was big, nicely decorated and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and then some. Walk to beach was much shorter than we anticipated. With little ones, we were very grateful for the short walk. The ice machine was a big plus. We really enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon&#x2019;s and evening after a day at the beach. The outside shower was nice to have when cleaning off little ones and keeping sand in the house to a minimum. Home is close to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend!

Our entire family enjoyed this house. It was very clean and well stocked. We only ventured out to one restaurant because the kitchen at the house had everything we needed to make meals and maximize our beach time - crockpot, blender, coffee maker, etc. We loved having the extra living room upstairs for the kids to watch movies. The location was great with easy access to the beach.

Perfect location!!!!! A simple walk across a parking lot to the public beach access!!!!! The house has so much space!! The 5 bedrooms are huge sand we had room to spread out. The master bedroom/bath are beautiful ...you will want to soak in the claw-footed tub!!!<br/><br/>House is located within walking distance to several great places for breakfast or lunch. (The Daquiri Shack is close too...lol)

We had an amazing time on our vacation at this house. Location was perfect. Very close to restaurants and shops and right across the street from the beach. Having the pool in the back yard was great for the kids and adults. Only bad thing I would have to say is the floors could really use a deep clean. Would 100% book this house again

Our group of 7 friends had a wonderful time in PCB. This property met all of our expectations and was true to the description. We loved the location, especially the short short walk to the beautiful beach...the restaurants were also amazing. The only down side is that we chose to not heat the pool, so we never used it (we knew that up front). It was still a great ambiance as we sat outside often. Would highly recommend!

Property as described, short walk to beach and easy access to restaurants. House was &#x201C;typically vacation rental clean&#x201D; could have been better but we&#x2019;re a little picky. Kitchen well stocked , pool was great. The ice machine in the storage closet was a big hit , best necessity ever in a rental property. Small issue with the A/C unit downstairs but overall quick response and they came out and fixed .Overall great place to rent would do so again

Yep, you guessed it!! It’s a wedding celebration! Our youngest daughter was getting married, and this meant a celebration like no other. But there was one problem, 2 ½ years after Category 5 Hurricane Michael hit our area, our home is still under construction. So, where in the world would we be able to host our children, grandchildren, family, and friends? So naturally, Panama City Beach and The Majestic View Beach House were the first to pop into our minds.We said we would return! We had no idea it would be so soon. This is our second time at the Majestic View Beach House! It was perfect for our stay. Our daughter’s rehearsal dinner and the wedding were held on the second floor of Runaway Island, a few minutes down the street from the beach house. In addition, we have an extensive family, other members who stayed on the beach at the hotels were within walking distance, and we were all able to meet across the street at the beach. Furthermore, many restaurants are within a short distance, making everything so convenient for the family and our wedding guests. Since we were here last, the pool was upgraded to a heated pool which was absolutely fantastic during those chilly afternoons. There is a new pellet grill that makes the best hamburgers and hot dogs! The home is beautiful! Very spacious, family-friendly with an upscale feel which allows you to feel as if you are on a luxury vacation, but not to the point where you have to worry about items the children could get into or break.We added a few extra days after the wedding to relax and rest from all of the festivities. Watching the sunset from the second-floor balcony is fantastic! This Beach House is quickly becoming our Stay-cation spot!! I am sure we will be back in the future!

The house was nice and pretty, great location, and we loved the private pool. The only thing was that it was a little dirty in some areas. Corners of walls had built up dirt, toilets weren&#x2019;t very clean, and the floors were a bit dirty (our feet were black walking around bare footed).. But overall, nice place and we had a great time.

Thank you for your 4 Star Review . The day you arrived and a few days after arrival it was raining and since it has a ground floor entrances in the front and the back of the house it is very easy to track in dirt from the parking area when unloading your vehicles and also from the back pool deck. You were there for more than 3 weeks and it is expected that guest will clean the floors and other areas during that long of a stay.

We had a wonderful stay in November! Such a fantastic location one street over from the beach! We had no issues getting to the beach quickly with lots of kids and toys in tow. We couldn&#x2019;t have been happier with this home. We appreciate clean rentals and this was very clean, well stocked with soap, starter Paper towels, toilet paper, towels and wash cloths, etc. House worked great with a large group of people, plenty of hot water, washer and dryer. We also appreciated the minimalistic decor, with little children we were able to block off the stairs easily and there was nothing they could get into or break at hands reach. Lovely new furniture. We paid to have to pool heated and we enjoyed using that everyday. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in November! Such a fantastic location one street over from the beach! We had no issues getting to the beach quickly with lots of kids and toys in tow. We couldn&#x2019;t have been happier with this home. We appreciate clean rentals and this was very clean, well stocked with soap, starter Paper towels, toilet paper, towels and wash cloths, etc. House worked great with a large group of people, plenty of hot water, washer and dryer. We also appreciated the minimalistic decor, with little children we were able to block off the stairs easily and there was nothing they could get into or break at hands reach. Lovely new furniture. We paid to have to pool heated and we enjoyed using that everyday. Great stay!

This house was excellent, and had everything we needed. There was 14 ladies and we all slept comfortably. The home was very welcoming and lovely. Thanks for the owner's sliding is to have the experience in their home. Location was awesome!!!
