This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

I gave 5 stars because the condo was very nice and clean and had plenty of room. But, I will not stay there again because the pool, hot tubs, bikini bobs, and the tiki bar close before dark. It was like 6 pm.

Overall the rental was nice. Spacious living area with plenty of seating. Beds were comfy and hot water in shower. Location was good and property had nice amenities. We were disappointed that due to the property not having a license they closed the pool and hot tubs 30 minutes prior to sunset. We could not get fan remote to work in master bedroom and had to replace batteries in tv remotes but those are minor issues.

We had an amazing time and The Summit will be our place to stay every year!! Unit 1509 was PHENOMENAL!!! The only thing we didn’t like is that the pools close at dusk. The hot tub was shut down early too. That’s not a deal breaker for us though. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to come back again!!

This room is great for our large family! it has two king beds, two queen beds and another king oceanfront room. and there are 3 full bathrooms! beds were cozy. great for our family of 11 (only one child, and 6 plus size folks). It is beautifully decorated and clean. They had updated their furniture from last year and it was very nice. The view is amazing. The elevators at the Summit are quick and we never waited long. The air work great and we had no issues.

We take a yearly family trip to PCB and always stay at the Summit. We've been going for several years and this is one of the nicer condos we have stayed in. The condo was furnished as pictured and has been updated. There is plenty of room to spread out and sleep. We were a mixed group that included a 7mo, teenagers, young and older adults. There was plenty of room for a pack-and-play, baby walker and so much luggage! A few things to note: The hot and cold water in the shower of the Master is switched (we discovered this after a couple of cold showers), the shower/tub in the larger first bedroom drains slowly (I suspect it's clogged), and the rug in the living area needs to be replaced or cleaned (just normal wear and use). We had no issues with check-in, the elevators are always a nightmare on Saturday so we were prepared for that! The Condo and View were exactly as advertised and they did not disappoint. With such a large group this was the perfect place to spend a week and we would definitely stay again!

The unit was good for what we needed it for. We had 9 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. It’s a newly remodeled unit but can tell it’s an older building, nothing that wouldn’t make us not want to come back. We had issues with the keypad at first but they were very quick to resolve once sending a text which was much appreciated. One of the electric outlets did not have a cover on it, but was hidden behind an end table. One in the bathroom was coming out of the wall, but worked. The floors were not swept upon arrival but we were able to get in 2 hours early so I consider that a win. I would not recommend The Summit itself to a family that doesn’t drink/ party. The tiki bar and cheap drinks at Bikini Bobs along with live music/DJ brings in a rowdy crowd come evening time. All in all our stay was great.

Rental unit was clean and was just as described. The only problem was not enough cooking items to cook in room. Elevators were awful.!! Pool was closed at 7:30 every evening for lighting issues? Other than those few small things was a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo has been renovated however, some small details were overlooked - nothing to complain about. The only ‘problem’ we had was with the facility- its pool deck is not up to code, therefore they close the pool and hits tubs before sunset with no ETA of when this will be fixed

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Furniture and beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us. It was clean and there were plenty of bath towels. Things that could be improved: ice maker and water dispenser were not hooked up, confusing/odd lights & celling fans (could not get master fan on with all other lights off), took 2 days to get a repair done/addressed.

My group and I had a great week of vacation staying here at the Summit Condominiums penthouse. The pictures looked exactly like the place and everything around it. It was so nice to wake up to such a great view and watch the sunrise/sunset on such a big balcony. We were not particularly happy with the fact that we weren’t warned about all the construction especially right outside our condo most of the time waking us up in the morning. Our property manager was not good at communicating when it got closer toward our vacation dates and even when we were there, he would never respond. We had barely any towels and no toilet paper or certain amentities that we should have. I say in the nicest way possible, if you want a great reputation and to have more of an attraction for people to come to the Summit, you should be in constant communication and tell the property managers to be in effective communication with the renters or people who are looking to stay with you. We had poor communication and management and I still cannot get ahold of the property manager today to here back about my refund for the security deposit.

This rental is in a great location and is HUGE compared to other rentals I have had. It was very clean. The building had great security, with a guard shack at the gate. It has only been a year since Hurricane Michael came through and there is a lot of construction still happening, not only in this building but at many others around it as well. I feel like the construction is why this unit isn't back 100% yet. It could use some minor cosmetic upgrades, but it is 98% functional. The only things that were not functional are the sliding glass door in the master that goes onto the balcony and the dishwasher. We opened the slider once and barely got it closed back. It seems like there is an issue with it being on track, but I am not sure. This wasn't a deal-breaker - we just used the door in the living room to access the balcony. The dishwasher has seen better days and does not wash the dishes. Once we discovered this, we just hand washed the dishes. Again, it was not a big deal. The view is marvelous! Sunsets are amazing. The close proximity to everything was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!
