Ocean Reef Beach Resort offers the very best in beach vacation amenities for your relaxation and enjoyment. Located in the middle beach less crowded area with easy access to all local attractions. You will enjoy this great find in Panama City Beach in a great ocean front condo directly on the beach. 1.25 miles to the City Fishing Pier and Pier Park Mall outdoor lifestyle center with concerts, festivals, shopping, restaurants, nightclubs, family oriented entertainment, parades, fireworks and other activities that are great for adults and children alike.

Our condo is a large 2 BR 2 bath unit on the 22nd floor. Huge ocean front balcony. Sleeps 6 in Beds. This unit features a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and En-suite bathroom with balcony access, King Bed in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The total square footage of the unit is 1146 square foot with a 247 square foot large balcony. The furnishings are beautiful and the unit is tastefully decorated to enhance your vacation experience. The living room and both bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs..

Ocean Reef offers a Gulf-front outdoor and indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion that features BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit except outside on balcony is permitted.

Ocean Reef is a 23 story condominium resort building that opened in 2008. There are a variety of very nice features in this condominium:

-23 floors in one tower with 3 high speed elevators
-5 floors of parking underneath the building with assigned parking
-330+ feet of white sand private beach frontage with easy access
-Sparkling gulf front pool and sundeck
-Renovated pool house with showers and restrooms
-Hot tub

Cancellation Policy:
A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Location is perfect, plenty of things to do within walking distance. Beds we comfortable. View incredible! Being on the 22nd floor I was worried about waiting on elevators but never waited at all! Plates, cups, and bowels were limited if you have 6 guests but otherwise the best fully stocked kitchen we’ve ever had. There is no pantry or shelving for groceries. No icemaker. Stackable washer and dryer and the dryer takes a very long time to dry. Balcony furniture was only table and chairs (not lounge chairs). None of these things are a deterrent that I wouldn’t book this place again just trying to leave honest review.

We had a great stay! The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful when we first arrived. We loved the condo itself. The location is awesome! The only things we were disappointed in was that beach chair service was not provided with the condo. We stayed at another unit in June and it was provided, so that was an added expense that we did not expect.

Had a wonderful week, the rental was in a great location close to lots of restraunts and attractions. The condo was nicely furnished but needed a better cleaning, the floors made my child's feet black, even after I went to the store and bought a mop and mopped it multiple times,and could use a more detailed dusting. Otherwise toilets and tub and kitchen were clean. There were a few maintenance issues when we arrived, a broken cabinet door,the screen to the balcony was falling out, and one of the dining table chairs was broke. My husband was able to repair the cabinet and get the screen to stay in, but shouldn't have to go on vacation and clean and fix things.

The location was great nice condo my only complaint is the shower curtains had mold on te and were nasty and the mattress was super hard and old other than that great place to stay !

It was great! Loved the location! Never dealt with anyone on it...you just checkin with the use of a door code and I love that! There was a couple of things cosmetically that needed fixed to look better but I didn’t bring it to their attention...kitchen cabinet door off the hinge on the top of one and the base of one chair the side piece is barely hanging on at the table. And there were no potholders, kitchen towels, or kitchen washcloths but other than that everything was great!

The condo we stayed in was fantastic! The property and the garage were clean and well lit. And, the view! The elevators worked perfectly! The cleaning staff were always visible, maintaining the exterior of the walkways. One even assisted me with my garbage when we were checking out! My friend accidentally left her Kindle when we checked out. The office staff were great!! They called and took the Kindle to a UPS store so I could have it shipped back to us. Thank you so much and I look forward to my next visit!

Overall, the unit was nice and clean. It would be helpful if there was a wagon in the unit to make it easier to get items to and from the room. There was no comforter on the bed but blankets were left behind. Not enough towels. The pool area was nice and it was close to shopping. The view was great!

All in all it was good. We had 2 families there and parking was a bit of a problem. The lot across the street filled up quickly. I think you should<br/>Include in your description detailed parking to include what to do if the lot across the street is full. There was no red cart in the room to use for luggage. The shower curtains need to be replaced because they had mildew on the liner and the rings didn&#x2019;t hold. These are suggestions not complaints. We enjoyed our stay.
