Ocean Reef Beach Resort offers the very best in beach vacation amenities for your relaxation and enjoyment. Located in the middle beach less crowded area with easy access to all local attractions. Our condo is a large 4 BR 3 bath unit on the 18th floor. Huge ocean front balcony. Sleeps 8. This unit features a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and En-suite bathroom with balcony access, King Bed in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom, Queen Bed in 3rd bedroom with attached Jack & Jill bathroom, Queen Bed in 4th bedroom, along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The total square footage of the unit is 1600 Square Feet of Living Space with a 280 square foot large balcony. The furnishings are beautiful and the unit is tastefully decorated to enhance your vacation experience. The living room and all bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs..

Ocean Reef offers a Gulf-front outdoor and indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion that features BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit except outside on balcony is permitted.

Ocean Reef is a 23 story condominium resort building that opened in 2008. There are a variety of very nice features in this condominium:

-23 floors in one tower with 3 high speed elevators
-5 floors of parking underneath the building with assigned parking
-330+ feet of white sand private beach frontage with easy access
-Sparkling gulf front pool and sundeck
-Renovated pool house with showers and restrooms

Have stayed at Ocean Reef several times, but our first in 1809. It is a gorgeous balcony with plenty of seating. Nice furnishings and loved all the open space. We cooked most nights and found the kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. Few suggestions: Living room TV never came in bc of weak signal, too many remotes for tvs, maintenance was called twice. Maintenance did come & unclogged tub drain, but said the building had trouble with tv cable. Could use a couple extra pillows & blankets. Elderly parents had to use a beach blanket on their bed to keep warm. Roller on top rack of dishwasher was broken and rack came off every time we used it. Baseboards especially need a good cleaning. In the 2nd master bedroom my husband fixed a broken lamp and the mattress frame had come apart and so he & I fixed that. These were minor things and did not lessen our enjoyment, but thought the owner should be aware. Thanks for a lovely week!

The condo is in a great location! Loved that it was not in a crowded area of the beach. The condo is decorated nicely. Security was great they make sure everyone has an armband on to get to the pool area. They also will not let anyone in garage without a green tag. The overflow parking was convenient. I loved that they kept people out that did not belong there. As far as the negative things. The balcony is huge huge but only has a table with 3 chairs. It needs more seating for a 4 bedroom condo. The cookware in the kitchen was sparse and in bad shape. I had to buy a nonstick skillet to make breakfast. The worst thing is getting your stuff to the condo when you check in. They do not have carts. There was only 2 of 3 elevators working. With most people arriving at check in time it took 2 hours to get our stuff to the room because we would have to wait a long time to get an elevator to arrive and then when one would come would be full and you could not get your stuff on it. Even with the few negatives I would stay there again. I would just be prepared the next time. I would wait to unload my car because at 6:00 pm they were no waits for the elevators and no one was taking stuff to room.

This was our first trip to Panama City Beach and my family loved it! The location was perfect being right on the beach plus walking distance to a few restaurants, shops and kid friendly activities. We definitely plan on visiting the area (hopefully again this year).<br/>The condo itself wasn't bad either. The only issues we had were the freezer door handle fell off when we opened the freezer (someone before had broken it and just glued it on I guess), it could've been swept a little better before our arrival, the toilet paper holders in a couple bathrooms were broke and the lamp had a huge hole in the back of it where it looked like someone had punched it.<br/>I absolutely loved the furniture (especially the pull out bed/entertainment center and wouldn't mind having one myself).All in all this place was absolutely perfect for us!
