This 4th floor Majestic end unit in Tower 1 (The more desirable tower) large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

*****Never take an elevator your entire stay at the Majestic. There is a stairwell directly in front of the condo and you can take 2 flights down the the pool and beach level. The elevator lines at the Majestic can get pretty long in the peak season****

TOWER 1 AT THE MAJESTIC

* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom. (New king bed in the main master bedroom For 2023 season)

The oceanfront master has a king size bed a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony. The connected private bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a jacuzzi tub.

The 2nd master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen tv, and its own private balcony overlooking the pool.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN sized beds, a large flat screen tv and a private bathroom

The 4th bedroom is a newly remodeled bunk room with a brand new bunk bed set.

The living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, access to the private wrap around balcony and a new 70 inch flat screen TV and new couches!

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Unit is an end unit on the 4th floor, it offers amazing wrap around views of PCB! The condo is an end unit and from the wrap around balcony you can see perfectly the pool and hot tubs. It is a perfect location to watch your children swim at the pool from the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting JAN 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

Very spacious! The corner balcony is huge and has the best view! Lots of closet space to store your items. The master bed on the ocean side was so comfortable. My only complaint is the refrigerator. It did not get my items cold until close to 48 hours after being there. I did have to throw away a pack of hamburger meat that was ruined from not being kept at temperature. However, I did not tell the owner about this only because I’ve experienced this in a different condo and had hopes it would get cold eventually, and it did. I recommend this property.

Condo was a nice size for our group of 8. I specifically picked this condo because of the extra seating in living room. I don’t understand how it says sleeps 10/12 but can only seat 4 or 5 in living room. Condo has some wear but overall in good condition. I do agree the walk from the car is a bit much, and would be a reason we wouldn’t stay here if there was another option. The use of the stairs was great and only used elevators when we arrived and when we left. Overall we were happy with our condo and vacation! Can’t be sad when your in PCB:)

This condo was perfect for our large family. The pools are big and the kids loved them. If you forget anything they have you covered. Our speaker died at the beach and we rented one for $5 for 24 hours. Starbucks on property and also a restaurant if you don’t want to go out for dinner. The location is great and close enough to anything you could want to do.

Fantastic condo and property. We had 9 people in our family. So the 4 bedrooms were more than enough for everyone. The condo was very clean and decorated very well. All the beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a little tight. But the living and dining areas were nice. The balconies? .....yes, plural...balconies were absolutely amazing! This is a corner unit. So the main balcony is huge and wraps around the corner. The master suite shares this balcony. The second master has its own private balcony! Both having absolutely fantastic views. To top it off, this unit is situated right by the pool and the beach access. Very convenient. My only complaint would be the walk from the parking garage. (But I&#x2019;m lazy LoL!) <br/>Fantastic property! Fantastic condo! Fantastic management!

This is our third year staying at the Majestic. We are very happy with the complex. Our condo was very clean and welcoming. It had MUCH better furniture than the condo we had rented last year.<br/>We did have drunks knocking on our door one night at 1 a.m. guessing they were from the noisy bar across the street. Also, motorcycles roaring in the middle of the night! <br/>I hope maintenance cleans out the venting for the clothes dryer. Dryer works but takes a long time to dry. I sure it is just from vent pipe having lint build up. The bed in the second master didn't have a top sheet. Not a big deal, we just used a extra sheet that was there to use on the pull out couch. Also, we switched a chair from living room area with one in master bedroom. The chair back looked like it had not been put together correctly, and we did not want to damage it more. Also hope complex clears up parking rules for visitors. Staff needs to all be on same pages with how and where visitors park. Was confusing when we were getting different answers from staff. But overall we are very happy with our stay and we are planning for next years stay.

The use of space was absolutely perfect and the view couldn&#x2019;t be beat! We had everything we needed and we can't wait to come back next year. Plenty of activities within a 10 minute drive in every direction. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen as we like to cook while on vacation and had no problem doing so.|

This condo is great but it does need some love. First, the good was located in a great area within walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants. Being on the 4th level was handy, esp. when the (slow) elevator (only 1 working on our side) took too long, then we'd just take the stairs. The view from the large balcony was amazing!! You get to see sunsets and sunrises!! <br/><br/>The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. There were extra pillows but not blankets. <br/><br/>Now for the other stuff....we didn't encounter anything that would make us want to call and complain while we were there but it's clear that the owners had not stayed in the is unit in quite some time. <br/><br/>The first day we were there the kitchen sink backed up. We called for service and they arrived in a timely manner and fixed it properly. It's seemed that this was an issue in the kitchen previously since the cabinets were peeling in that area. The paint and first layer of particle board had big chunks missing. All 3 toilets rocked when you sat on them and the one in the middle bedroom, trickled the entire time we were there and the ice maker was not working properly. <br/><br/>It's was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit but the closet door to the washer/dryer kept falling off. Again, we did not call since we knew how to put it back on.<br/><br/>One other thing that was minor but the bathrooms could use some hooks for towels. There wasn't really anywhere to hang wet towels (or swimsuits). The primary bedroom could use a full length mirror too. We were also only supplied 1 dish towel. We thought that was skimpy.<br/><br/>And last but certainly not least, the front door is badly beat up and very dirty and the lock was a little confusing so much so that we didn't have it locked the first night and we thought we did.<br/><br/>Bottom line - we did enjoy our stay but for the money we paid, we expected more. The condo needs some love, y'all.

We had a great family vacation at PCB! The Gulf water and beach are absolutely beautiful. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Shipwreck Island Water Park, wave runners, mini-golfing, and go-cart track. Our only complaint would be that the outdoor pools were ice cold -- our grandkids were disappointed in that. Overall though, a great trip!

There was lots of room for our large family. I liked having the 3 bedrooms, plus a bunk room that was an actual room not a closet. Having 3 full baths worked well for our family as well. The large balcony was great and perfect to watch the waves or sunsets.<br/><br/>There are a few little things that could use some maintenance, paint pealing on kitchen cabinets, door off hinges of laundry area, towel hooks were loose and living room rug was stained. The cushions on the patio furniture could be replaced as well. <br/><br/>The resort had lots of room with multiple pools. It was nice having a restaurant and a market on the resort. Both had a nice selection of items.

Love love love the condo huge balcony... plenty of furniture beds were great view was amazing.... long walk from the parking to the condo be prepared... but the condo was soooo quiet and beautiful very nicely decorated and neat... very thankful for my time of rest!

We had a nice stay. The minute you walk in the door you see a breathtaking view. The condo needs a little TLC - cabinet doors not tight but that truly was minor. The condo was very, very nice. Unfortuntely we ended the trip early due to the coronavirus and the city being shut down. With talks of the beaches closing we decided to leave a couple of days early. However, we would definitely rent again there. The beach is beautiful, the area was great (if things were open) and the condo was nice. A perfect getaway!

We loved our stay at Majestic Towers (tower 1, room #401)! Everything was as described in the listing. It had a beautiful view and deck. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. There were enough dishes in the the kitchen to be able to make meals in the condo versus always eating out. Only wish there was another shelf in the fridge...you could see one was missing. The kids loved the pools and walking the beach! We would definitely stay again in the future and have already recommended this place to others!

The condo was dirty. We found a bug in the room upon arrival and had to rewash linen ourselves. There was sand all over the floor, clearly it was not sweeped. Loved the amount of space and the huge balcony. This specific condo had an actual balcony facing the street and one facing the beach. The only other thing I disliked was the parking across the street.

It was a little dirty, but overall a nice condo. The building was doing all kinds of maintenance work so it was quite loud at early hours of the morning and throughout the day and took away from the beauty of the condominium, but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.
