Description

This is 2350 square feet of gorgeous living that’s just the right backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 500 square foot balcony. Open floor plan great for entertaining large groups of family or friends. Kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. The extremely large balcony area gives you an unmatched on the beach outdoor grilling area. Plenty of space to eat, entertain, or just unwind on the balcony. This balcony is huge!!

This condo is on the 11th floor, so you get unobscured views of the Gulf from this beautiful unit.

Master suite 1 contains a KING bed with private bathroom and balcony access to the beach front balcony.

Master suite 2 has 2 QUEEN beds, private bath/shower and a view of the beach. Perfect for the whole family!

Bedroom number 3 has a KING size bed.

Bedroom 4 is a bonus room with a FULL size bed and flatscreen TV.

The DINING AREA and luxurious living room offer beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located in the condo to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms allow the unit to easily sleep 10 comfortably and include 3 complete baths.

Armbands are $25 per person for all guests over the age of 12.

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card.

Fabulous unit, resort, and customer service from Emerald Coast! This unit was spacious, well decorated, clean, and fully stocked. Property is in a great location, very secure and we felt completely safe. So many percs including, private grill, reserved parking, and customer focused facility attendees. We greatly enjoyed out stay in 1121 West at En Soleil. The unit was beautifully appointed and the kitchen was well stocked. The outside furniture was great with the large table and provided a place for us to have all of our meals outside. En Soleil is great, this is our 10th year staying there; NEVER disappoints! Thanks!

This condo was perfect for our adult group of 8. We appreciated not having any bunk beds to consider. This unit is in a quieter part of the beach but still close everything you could want. The kitchen is well appointed. We used the gas grill on the huge balcony a lot and watched dolphins while eating dinner. <br/>Pool and hot tubs are great. Security is tight but friendly. Parking was convenient outside the building. Parking garage is tight. Everything was clean, management was easy to work with and we will definitely be back!

The overall process of booking and check in went smoothly. The property as far as our unit goes was generally pretty clean and as it appeared in the photos-- except it's clear that the cleaning staff rarely bothers to clean under the beds and couches. The beds were not very comfortable which I consider a big negative because when people vacation they generally appreciate a restful nights sleep-- you should consider upgrading the mattresses on all the beds. The kitchen in this unit was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes & appliances. The icemaker wasn't working, but that was no surprise,I don't think I've ever stayed in a unit that has had a functioning ice machine. While we were able to use the grill & were glad to have it-- it could use some serious cleaning and burners replaced. The patio area was our favorite place to spend time but it could have been a little cleaner as well. We ended up cleaning the grill and area around it as well as sweeping the carpet and wiping down all the tables upon arrival. The EnSoleil complex overall is really beginning to show its age. This is the 3rd time we've stayed at EnSoleil in 10 years (different units each time) and the quality of the property seems to have really declined since our stay in 2020. Also our neighbors across the hall at 1123 were very rude and seemed super bothered by the fact that we were there and I've never experienced that before. This is a nice unit, but I cannot honestly say it was worth the rate we paid based on the overall condition of the property, pools, etc. Also the people renting the beach chairs and umbrellas were super rude and super expensive compared to our previous stays, I recommend anyone planning to go to EnSoleil make arrangements for chair service ahead of time. In conclusion I still love this location and our unit was nice but I do feel that based on the "wear & tear" or aging of the property and grounds the rental rates are high so it would be hard to recommend to a friend.

Great stay! Very roomie and had everything. Excellent communication! Loved having dinner and breakfast on the patio. Everyone was comfortable. Will definitely book this place again, as I go to PCB about twice a year.

We had the best week in this beautiful condo. Turquoise blue water and the softest white sand. This was by far the best place we have stayed on any of our vacations.

Condo was nice and stocked. I am not one to complain, but I did feel the cleaning of the condo was not very good. The sweeper was clogged, so probably why we had sand everywhere. The beds had a bit of sand in them, but sheets were clean for sure. The fourth bedroom was very small and the bed was terrible. We did not have enough towels or hand towels, but that was resolved with a phone call. Towels are extremely small and thin. I love the En Soleil facility. People are nice and it is very well kept up. Have stayed there many times. This condo was up-to-date and had nice furniture. I just feel the cleaning was sub-par.

This beachfront condo was the perfect choice for myself and my friends when staying in Panama City Beach. It was a well needed vacation and this property offered everything that we needed. There was plenty of room for all of us and we weren&#x2019;t on top of each other. The balcony had breathtaking views of the ocean front and was also equipped with a TV, grill, table and plenty of chairs. The management of the property was easy to reach and responded quickly. We were lucky because there wasn&#x2019;t that many people on the beach so we had a good time since it wasn&#x2019;t over crowded. Checking in and checking out was easy and there was plenty of carts and things to help load and unload our stuff. The pool area was really big and there was also Jacuzzi &#x2018;s. Whenever we come back to Panama City Beach we will definitely be staying at this condo.

My husband and I took 5 teen boys and a 10 year old. The condo layout was perfect, with the separate "wing" for all of the boys! Kitchen is very well stocked and the huge balcony was my go to spot!. <br/>The water and ice dispenser stopped working on the 2nd day. I reported it for maintenance, but no one ever came. Housekeeping isn't very thorough... shoes, water bottles, dust under the beds and the floors were sandy, but that's not the owner's fault. We go to PCB every year and this will be our rental from now on!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I, our daughter and her family and my mother in-law. Enough space to all be together, yet enough bedrooms to give us our own quiet time when needed. The facility was very clean and neat. Staff was very accommodating. The unit was nicely furnished, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. This will definitely be on our list of places to stay again!

This rental was a last minute switch in our reservation from the rental company. We were all a little hesitant because we loved the place of our original reservation (we've stayed there multiple times), but we were not disappointed in this upgrade and we have found a new favorite place. The unit was very spacious, quiet, and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we liked having the separate ice machine. The large balcony was a favorite place with great furniture and private grill (no trips down to a ground floor common area). We had a couple of minor repair requests that were addressed promptly. Only recommendations would be to check out the dryer because it does not seem to dry on low and to provide instructions for the TVs because they all seemed to operate differently. This was another great vacation, and we plan to be back.

9 of us stayed in unit 1121 (west) the first week of August. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Security at the gate and throughout the complex provides a feeling of safety. The condo was clean and in good shape. The only thing we noticed that needing replacing was the mattresses on the beds. You tend to sink into them a lot. It was stocked with the items needed to begin our vacation. Very convenient to all restaurants and stores. We'd love to stay in this condo again.

We have been to PCB many times, and this was the best complex by far. The largest pool I have ever seen in Florida. Similar to what you would see in Mexico.<br/><br/>The condo itself work well for the 11 we had. It was well stocked and the few little problems we had were fixed within an hour. There are only 90 units total in the complex, so the beach and pool were never crowded and the elevator was always available.<br/><br/>The location is near Wal-Mart, grocery stores and many places to eat and shop.<br/><br/>We will never stay at another complex, great security staff as well.

The windows could of been cleaned just to make look shiny for a minute! We loved our stay!! Could not use the sweeper. Way to big and did not pick up anything. So we just used the Broom.
