Description

This is 2350 square feet of gorgeous living that’s just the right backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 500 square foot balcony. Open floor plan great for entertaining large groups of family or friends. Kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. The extremely large balcony area gives you an unmatched on the beach outdoor grilling area. Plenty of space to eat, entertain, or just unwind on the balcony. This balcony is huge!!

Master suite 1 contains a king bed and a 45" HDTV flat screen with private bathroom and balcony access to the beach front balcony.

Master suite 2 has 2 queen beds, 40" HDTV, private bath/shower and a view of the beach. Perfect for the whole family!

Bedroom number 3 has a king bed, and a 40" HDTV

Bedroom 4 is a bonus room with a twin daybed over a twin size trundle.

The DINING AREA and luxurious living room offer beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located in the condo to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 12 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

Armbands are $25 per person for all guests over the age of 12.

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card.

We really enjoyed our week stay, we have been staying here for the last 16 years. Always very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you need. Very accommodating for our family and friends and of course, the beautiful views of the gulf are our favorite. We really enjoy the spacious balcony and having our own grill. This place really is our home away from home!!

The building and grounds were stunning. Beautiful sunsets every night. We had a few issues with some broken items and maintenance was prompt in coming up and fixing all of them. We would go back for sure. Place could of used a deep clean, floors were a bit dirty and a lot of dust.

We had a good family vacation in En Soleil 1413. Fortunately, it was not overly busy and the parking and elevators were pleasantly surprising. There were a few disappointments during our stay that need to be addressed. The first and most disappointing was the dryer. They have a note and a long wooden lint brush in the laundry room that you are supposed to use to clean the dryer vent after each use. This is above and beyond normally cleaning the lint filter. Despite our best efforts with this wooden brush, we were never able to get the dryer to dry effectively. We called maintenance about the problem on the second day of our seven day trip and they never showed up. That was very frustrating. The second issue came when we had 3 guests that I needed to get additional wristbands for. I called ECDI to get the wristbands approved. The lady that I spoke to said they would have housekeeping bring them to us. That never happened.<br/>Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and the condo was perfectly suited for our family. Small improvements could have made it a GREAT experience.

This is the 3rd year in a row our ladies' group has stayed in this condo. It continues to be a beautiful unit with a well-equipped kitchen and updated furniture/decor this year. The value for being a stone's throw from the beach in such a beautiful, well-maintained and secure building cannot be beat! Hope to return next spring!

Absolutely loved our 2 weeks stay in this unit. Accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. Loved the pool and beach was just a few steps away. The balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying a relaxing drink and watching the waves. Will be back soon for sure!

Love the EnSoleil complex and have stayed there for many years. Unit 1413 was ok but not one of the nicer ones we have stayed in. We prefer the east side of the east building - patio has a better view and not as much sunshine. Unit 1413 bathroom cabinet drawers had not been cleaned (hair in the drawers) hair in tub and on the floor. Kitchen counter top was not clean and the cabinet doors were dirty. Laundry room was very dusty.

Property was very clean. We love this condo and location, and have already booked two weeks in the fall! It is perfect for our family and friends. They just installed new windows and sliding glass doors. It was a &#x201C;working&#x201D; vacation and there were 4 of us using the internet at once and none of us had an issues or dropped video calls. They had plenty of kitchen pots and pans but the frying pans all need to be replaced. Was sad to see that the leather couch and chair had been replaced but the couch isn&#x2019;t comfortable at all. The mattresses in the master and and on the queen beds need to be replaced. The 2nd king is very comfortable! <br/>But as I said, we will be back to this unit in the fall!

This unit has become a consistent rebooking for my family. It offers a spacious retreat, amazing 180 degree views of the beach, and a quiet and idyllic opportunity to rest. My children love the quick access to the pool and beach. This unit is also close to local shopping and some great restaurants. Only two draw backs on this occasion. 1) the Wi-Fi box is in the unit, but has been unrealizable and has not worked during both of our stays. 2) the pool was undergoing maintenance the entire stay. This is a huge reason for our choice of location, and was disappointing after we planned and paid for this vacation.

This was a perfect place for our family to all be together with enough room to enjoy for a week. Space,Views , privacy, easy access, was all great, deck was spacious with ample furniture but needs attending to as far as decor (pots empty of plants-but taking up space on grill area etc. Also, for the price, chairs on beach should be offered.

Our experience was great. The condo was very spacious and had all the amenities you could ask for. We visit PCB annually with our children and grandchildren. This condo accommodated us all very well. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Having the outdoor grill on the private balcony is such a bonus. We have stayed on this property previously and will never stay anywhere else again. The property is well managed. There is never overcrowding on the beach or poolside. It feels safe, comfortable and cozy. The short walk to the beach with locked gated access is is a plus. Thumbs up from our crew!!

This was a dream vacation! Our first time in Panama City Beach, but definitely not the last. The house was amazing and had everything we needed in the kitchen as we are foodies who love to cook. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the grill needed cleaning as there was alot of buildup on it which caught fire easily. Other than that, we have no complaints at all! Kudos to the security guards, they were so friendly and gave us advice on where to go :) Very knowledgeable of the town. We are already planning our next stay here and look forward to it!!

We had a really good time staying at this location. The condo was very beautiful and very clean when we arrived. My wife and I brought our two children, and they each brought a friend. There was plenty of room for everyone. The main living space and kitchen area are very spacious. The view is amazing and the balcony is huge. We only had a couple of negative things to say...One of the main reasons we picked this particular condo was the outdoor grill on the balcony...when we arrived and inspected the grill it was very dirty and rusty and we did not feel comfortable using it...also when we arrived our door to the condo did not lock properly...we arrived on a Saturday and called maintenance right away, we assumed that since it was a weekend we wouldn't hear anything until Monday..which was the case. Maintenance showed up Monday mid-morning and fixed the door within a few minutes. But that did leave us with a door that didn't lock for two nights so we couldn't all leave the condo together until Monday. It all worked out okay, maintenance was very helpful and efficient. The only other complaint was the cooktop in the kitchen was a little dated and did not cook very evenly. I would like to say though that originally we had planned to stay here last year right when the pandemic hit, we had already paid in full. After long discussions with my wife we decided to cancel our vacation for our safety. I reached out to Vrbo and the management company and explained how we felt and we received a full refund. Overall we loved this location and would definitely stay here again. One thing that my wife really liked was the climate controlled hallways. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

We had such a great time staying with Emerald Coast Destinations at the En Soleil. It was absolutely stunning when you walked in. The balcony was HUGE and we enjoyed a lot of time outside on the balcony. The parking spot associated with the condo was right next to the elevator. This was perfect for people with any disability. If you do book this property make sure you bring all necessities like toilet paper, coffee filters, extra towels (they only gave us 6 for 6 people for a week stay), paper towels, hand soap and etc. The outdoor grill and the fireplace didn't work but I did not reach out to Emerald Coast due to having to leave the room for 4hours due to Covid. Overall had a great time!

This condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The ocean view from this 14th floor property is amazing!!! <br/>We would definitely like to stay in this unit again!

This place was a beautiful place to stay. The view was amazing. The door lock was broken when we got there and the maintenance person was there to fix it within 30 minutes. This was place was away from the hustle of main Panama City Beach.

We had a great time. Even though tough with COVID the teenagers had to stay at resort. They still had a great time at the beach and pool. The convenience of Resort so close to the beach is awesome. You literally go out your unit jump in elevator, walk out a door you are at pool, then few more steps at beach. The units are spacious and love the balcony. That is most important to our family. We live on the balcony.

One expects a VRBO property to be a cut above and this one was no exception. First impressions of the interior to views of the beach were almost breathtaking. Well thought out design of the condo provides maximum enjoyment of the Gulf waterfront. Local Panama City Beach ammenities are top notch. Facility is not a jumble of ill-fitting spaces. Everything just flows from lobby to poolside, spas, plenty of areas for fun in the sun. Beach access well done and easy and the entire property is protected by well functioning security systems and personel. Condo well equipped for a family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Everything went smooth from reservation to payments to checkin to checkout &#x2013;&#x2013; it's all just so easy. Had heard about VRBO and it's properties qualities, now we are believers.

This property was excellent! Well equipped in the kitchen, spacious and CLEAN! I brought my own knives, pizza pan, pizza cutter, coffee, detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. Well excuse me but the unit had ALL of these things. We did buy a few more rolls of toilet paper but they had some there too. Incredible views! Security guards were warm and friendly but making sure you were supposed to be there. Felt safe at all times. Great parking! Did I mention it was clean?? I would highly recommend this unit! LOVED IT!

This was one of my families nicest vacation experiences of all time. The condo was large and beautiful, plenty of room for the entire family. Loved the large balcony with a grill overlooking the white sand beach. The kitchen was perfect and had every possible amenity you could need. The unit was extremely clean and decorated perfectly. I was there with my three children and their spouses and three grandchildren We had a wonderful time and enjoy the beautiful pool and the beach with a private access. In the evening we grilled from you later balcony and play card games on the balcony table . It was a very enjoyable week and I would go back again to this condo on my next visit .

The condo was very clean and spacious! I was really happy about that because we have a baby starting to crawl and was very easy for him to get around!we had 9 people plus a baby and the day after we got there we realized the dryer wasn&#x2019;t working. I emailed and they sent someone out the next day! The balcony was amazing. We all sat out there and grilled with plenty of space. Also the view was gorgeous. The pool was very clean and the security was great. Already looking to stay again next year!
