This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

We have an excellent stay.. the condo was clean and well stocked.. there was an issue with having the wrong key code when we first got there but called the emergency # and she answered and resolved it right away.. the condo was located right in the middle of everything or if u wanted to stay onsite it had everything we needed right there.. would highly recommend emerald and the summit place.. we plan to make it our yearly birthday get away..

This condo is beautiful, however smaller than I expected!!! The view off the back deck was beautiful; being able to see the ocean was magical. The shower didn't work well & there is barely ever any hot water! But other than that, we were very happy & comfortable with our stay!!!!

Actually met the owner who was there early checking in on his unit. He is very particular in having a clean kept unit for his guests. We had originally booked for 4 nights but stayed an extra night since it was open and we were having such a great time. Would highly recommend. Property management was great to deal with in getting us an extra night. Views were spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was with the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress was to hard and I had a backache the entire trip and could not wait to get home to my own bed. When you vacation the bed mattress is very crucial to the stay.

Very nice apartment, nice swimming pool, everything was perfect. I have only one suggestion, installing the sun blocking drapes in the master bedroom woukd be helpful as the sun would wake up us too early. Other than that, it was perfect.

I couldn&#x2019;t have been more pleased! The space was wonderful and the view of the beach was excellent. It rained a little on our stay and were able to relax in the condo and watch the waves.<br/><br/>The owner was super helpful for a couple of questions I had and they were very quick to respond. <br/><br/>Thank you for the stay!

This condo was beautiful and clean. It also had a great view of the ocean. It was a short drive to any activities we wanted to go to around town. The only thing wrong with it was that we had to go out and buy our own toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap. Just a slight inconvenience on an otherwise perfect trip!
