Absolutely gorgeous condo! The owner has thought out all the details for a wonderful stay. Fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable mattresses in each bedroom, including two queen beds in the bonus room. A spectacular view and 4 beach chairs included. You can easily walk to Pier Park from the condo. Beautiful landscape and pools to relax in too! I highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to stay here on our next girls trip!!!

This was the perfect getaway for our baby moon!! Condo was beautiful and kept nicely. The views are AMAZING! We absolutely loved the pool at Aqua. 10/10 recommend! Elevators were very speedy which definitely sets it apart from other condos in the area that we have been to before. Will definitely be returning to AQUA 2011!!

Great location being on the beach but some little things that could be improved with property: broken chair in living room with seat caved in, broken ice dispenser for fridge, broken lamp in bedroom number two with exposed sharp glass. Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is 9am, definitely think that is unfair to the member for paying that day and wouldn’t consider that the normal check in/check out times for resorts and Air BnBs. The bunk beds that offer additional sleeping area is kept in the size of a walk in closet so pictures are a bit deceiving but I understand that’s why it’s listed as a two bedroom.

Girls trip Fall 2023!! This condo is beyond impeccable. The relaxing decor is beautifully and thoughtfully done., with high end touches that make the space feel really special. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to Pier Park, Walmart within a mile or so, several great restaurants within walking distance. The condo has an incredible view of the sparkling white beaches and gulf below with a comfortable wrap around balcony and floor to ceiling windows/doors that bring the view inside. This condo is extremely comfortable with plenty of comfortable space for adults and children. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware to enable ease in meal prep and entertaining. The bedrooms are perfect with very comfortable beds/pillows and many details considered such as extra hangers, full length mirrors, blackout curtains and smart TVs. The bunk space is perfect for kids and/or adults with plenty of space to spread out. Each bunk includes lighting, shelving, electrical outlet ,which is convenient for charging electronics and a smart TV as well. Bathrooms are roomy and fully stocked with plenty of fresh towels, washcloths and toiletries. The pool area is always clean and a perfect spot to get out of the sand. The unit also includes beach service with four loungers and umbrellas, you simply go down and reserve your space for the length of your stay. You cannot go wrong booking your stay here! Hope to return soon!

Condo was really nice. Needs some updates and a little maintenance. The ice cube dispenser was frozen solid, and most of the ice cube holder inside the freezer was one mass of ice. Could definitely use a new blender. Also, we couldn't figure out how to turn off the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The one major problem, the temperature inside the condo, was taken care of after 4 days of temps going up to 85+ degrees between 7pm and 3am. Little and inexpensive upgrades would make a huge difference. Other than that the condo was really nice, along with the complex and pools. We washed all the dishes and appliances before using after noticing many of them were dirty.

The updates made to this condo were gorgeous. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. My teen girls loved the queen bunks. The view from the wrap around balcony was beautiful and the sunsets over the pier were gorgeous. Parking was easy and the carts were available to take items from the parking garage to the condo. The beach chairs, umbrella, and toys that were in the closet were an added bonus that we didn’t expect. I will definitely return in the future.

Condo was just as pictured and clean. The kids loved the bunk area, it was a perfect sized nook for them. I feel it could get tight if adults were staying in that area. The kitchen had all the items we needed including a crockpot, and Tupperware for leftovers. Every room had beautiful views especially the master bedroom and living room/kitchen area. Location was perfect and close to all the area attractions. We ordered groceries from Walmart which is located right behind the complex. Parking was great and convenient with the attached skywalk over the busy street. The parking garage also had the hotel carts so you didn’t have to go to searching for them to carry in your items. The indoor pool was crowded and not as big as I envisioned based off of the pictures, so we didn’t spend much time in there. However the sandy beach was beautiful and the weather was too good to be inside. The gym was an added benefit that we utilized everyday. There were 4 elevators so the longest we had to wait was around 5 minutes. Beach service was not include with this rental but you could rent chairs at the hut located directly on the beach. There was construction going on next door but that did not bother us. The helicopter tours located behind the condo did fly constantly past the condo throughout the day but again was not bothersome. The owners/property management company were very easy to work with. We plan to book again next year!

The Condo was very comfortable and had tons of space. The very large balcony gives you lots of views from the gulf to Pier Park and to Panama City. You can always find a shady spot to sit outside. The 20th floor is a little high for my taste but the elevators are speedy. The only negative to us were the different codes for getting around aqua. The room code is really long. A card would be better.

My family has stayed at several condos in Panama City Beach but this is by far the best I have ever stayed at. The condo was clean, accessible, and very reasonable. The floor layout is perfect. The bunkbeds are in the back of the condo, and not by the front door. THIS IS A HUGE DEAL for me as a mom! We will definitely, 100% be back and will reuse this condo in the future.

We have stayed in Aqua before on the 15th floor and this room met the expectations set by the one on the 15th. <br/><br/>The floorplan is the best one at Aqua for our needs (Family of 5 with 3 kids ages 4-6-8) and the view is spectacular. Sunsets are breathtaking and you can see almost everything on the beach and in pier park. We had no issues with the elevator wait times coming to and from the condo. The condo itself is well laid out and furnished with comfortable seating and sleeping areas. There was construction going on right next door but this is not a fault of the condo and these condos are sound insulated so you cannot hear anything with the doors closed (including loud cars, car stereos or fireworks). We love staying at Aqua because of the location and qualities mentioned above. Is this the most luxurious room, no, but we have kids so we do not need anything that can be broken/stained anywhere around them. The only thing I would suggest the owners do is replace the washer/dryer...the dryer needs a few 90 min cycles to completely dry a load. We loved our stay and will be booking again for the summer.

We stayed in Aqua for the months of January and February. This was our 2nd year and we love the Aqua for its amenities and location. This year was a little disappointing because of the construction work being done at the Aqua. The place was really messed up the whole time of our stay. We understand the need to repair and upgrade to keep the place one of the top places in PCB, but the Management team at the Aqua really did not do anything to make the place customer friendly. There were numerous things that could have been done or communicated that would have made the situation much better for those of us that rented this year. The HOA should really demand more from them because they are what renters see/hear while staying there. Our rental company was excellent (ECDI). They responded to needs and questions we had in a timely manner and were great to work with. Our unit was adequate for our stay. It could use some upgrades but had the basics for us. We hope to stay for the winter again next year.

There were some issues: balcony door couldn't lock, there was no ironing board in the condo, the washing machine left black streaks(mold) on all our clothes every wash and the dryer took 2 hours to dry 1 load. Be prepared to buy your own toilet paper, trash bags etc. that we thought would be provided. Otherwise, the condo is spacious.

Great view, great location, nice condo. Unfortunately, it seemed that the supplies were somewhat lacking: No extra rolls of TP (lucky we didn't need them), no paper towels, no dishwashing liquid (did you expect us to was the wine glasses in the dishwasher...not a good idea), no scouring pads (we found quite a few dishes/pots/pans not quite clean), no beach towels. We had a good time and would come back, but a little more TLC would be make it great.

Aqua 2011 is a very nice condo right on the beach with amazing views. The condo itself was very clean and very spacious. The beds were super comfortable. We did have some issues with the washer and dryer at the first part of the week and had to end up calling maintenance. For the remainder of the week, it would take about 4-5 hours to wash one load which was not ideal. Also, we didn’t know how to get the WiFi password until half way through our stay. Minus the minor issues we had, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time at Aqua, although weve stayed in PCB multiple times (Sunrise Beach Resort, Calypso, Landmark, etc.) This condo was by far our favorite. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were a bit hesitant to stay on a such a high floor, but the corner balcony was absolutely spectacular and we had nearly zero wait time for the elevators. Overall, we had no complaints and would absolutely stay in this unit again. Owners were also very responsive by email.
