Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

These condos have three separate sleeping areas, Master Bedroom, Bunk Room Area with a door to the living room area, and the living area where the pull out couch is located. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There is a king bed in the Master, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and twin size bunk beds in the hall bunk room area. The unit sleeps 6 people very comfortably.

College Spring Break Village is on our beach! Next to Spinnaker Beach Club and Club LaVela Hammerhead Fred's Famous Tent Party is across the Street. The Summit Tiki Bar is by the pool and Bikini Bob's Beach Restaurant and The Summit Snack Shack and Convenience Store are on site.

Room 813 was just as described me and my wife loved it great view,and the beach chairs and umbrella even made it better definitely recommend this room we was going to rebook it for next year but decided to go up to a higher room but still choose to go with the same host because we had a great time at the Summit

The rental was a very cute little place, with the perfect ocean views. It comes with many amenities & access to an on site restaurant, tiki bar, and small convenience store. The security is very good and the condos are very close to places to eat like Hammerhead Fred&#x2019;s and Longboards. They're both within walking distance. My friend group and I had a great time. The only downside was that there was a little bit of mold build up on the bathroom ceiling.<br/>

it was great but we didn't have but one door on the shower. It was difficult to shower. If these condo's are inspected after every week it's rented I don't understand why this wasn't fixed before we arrived. The sliding glass door didn't work either. It kept going off the track and was a challenge to fix every time we went on the balcony. <br/>OVERALL we didn't let these things mess up our vacation. We had a blast as always.

At first we loved the decor. When I go to the beach/ocean, I love that the vibe of the condo is &#x201C;beachy&#x201D;- colors, fabrics, decor and 813 was just that. And the condo was clean and neat. Plenty of space for our family of 3. And the television (Roku) was great. When we weren&#x2019;t at the beach we enjoyed movies and sports (baseball Homerun Derby & All-Star game). Only disappointment with the condo unit was the sliding glass door to the balcony wouldn&#x2019;t stay on track and we had to fuss with it to open and close it. And it would have been nice if there were more toilet paper and some dishwasher pods.<br/>And we loved the pools (8&#x2019; deep). Umbrella and chair rental guys were great too! We spent much of our beach time under the umbrella. Thank you! We&#x2019;d definitely consider renting again.

Very nice place to stay, roomy and clean. Only negative was there were some minor maintenance items that could have been taken care of, burned out lightbulbs, grab bar in shower not secure, handle/lock on deck door broken.

Everything was great. The view was beautiful and we had a great time. The furniture could be cleaned and the balcony furniture needs to be replaced. The legs on the chairs were rusted and we used the phone books to level them out. Other wise we had a great week. Especially having the beach chairs included. We went to the beach everyday since we didn't have to take all the things to the beach
