We love the Panama City area the ocean Ritz condos we go to have a good time a nice place with family and accommodates all of us not much in complaining how clean the units are and stuff because we clean ourselves Very much satisfied with the property commendations there’s room for improvements on everything but real satisfied nothing‘s perfect but very satisfying. I will give it an 9overall condition. Location we’ve been there six years had a few problems, but always satisfying and we always come back

The condo is nice, the balcony and view is probably the best thing about it. It’s not fancy so if that’s what you’re looking for you would be disappointed, but it is very spacious and was acceptable for us. One thing I would suggest is bringing plastic utensils, a condo that can sleep 12 and only has like 6 of each is crazy. But the worst part and reason I won’t stay again in this condo building is the parking which was a nightmare. I could imagine what it’s like during the bust season. We have a big SUV and the spot for this condo is dead end and against a concrete wall. The overflow parking is a joke and our second vehicle end up having to park in the overflow, overflow parking paying 12.00 for the day.

Room was nice could use a deep clean. They only had one chair that went with table on balcony and 1 missing from other table, so the balcony chairs to the tables should be replaced as needed. The washer had a horrible smell that no matter how hard I cleaned never went away. The fire alarms went off and kept going off the last night we were there and we couldn't get in touch with anyone. The parking is a joke, the one assigned parking space barely fit my sister's car and we never got a place in the overflow parking so we had to pay to park for the week which was an additional 86.00 that we hadn't accounted for. We had a great time and overall the room was good.

Great time, good location, parking garage hard to get out of. Condo needs total refurbishment with ceiling work, paint and furniture. The patio was fantastic Overall condo was clean and kitchen stocked well. Had a great stay with friends.

Vacationed with our kids and grandkids. We had an amazing time. Condo had everything we needed and then some! There is plenty of room for you to have your privacy yet set up for us all to be together. Balcony is the icing in the cake!!!! Rental company helped everytime we called...like for more towels and arm bands. Answers all our questions. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place big enough for large families to vaca together. We will be back!

First time renting a condo in PCB. The set up was perfect for our family group. Biggest selling point was the balcony. Set up great to accommodate a large group. We spent a lot of time there. There were some cleaning issue. Lack of lights in one bedroom. Some repairs needed. Nothing that would stop me from renting again. And We were contacted by email shortly after arrival to see if there was anything that needed taken care of. Easy getting in and out of our room. Great location.

There was only 1 big pan. We were 12 in our party so I had to buy pans and skillet for pancakes. The tub in master bed was dirty and the carpet needs attention, looks old and dirty. Other than that all ok.

Our travel Softball team from East Tennessee was playing in a tournament for the week. Condo was clean, quite with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our trip however We found condo needed a little love, a few of the smoke detectors have been removed and placed in drawers. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced or repaired. Bunk bed is missing the trundle mattress stove drawer could not be closed properly. Elevators badly need some form of air flow in them. Once the doors close it quickly becomes hot and uncomfortable. Parking garage can only be used for super small vehicles and the overflow parking lot cannot hold but a few. Pay to park was reasonable priced per day and convenient especially for those with large vehicles. Overall we had a great time and would recommend others to stay here and we will stay here in the future as well.

I’ll start off by saying that the location and huge balcony were the best attractions for this condo. I read on several reviews that the condo wasn’t clean but honestly, this condo wasn’t any different than condos we’ve rented before. I think it might have been cleaner with the exception of the carpet because well.... you’re on the beach and when you have hundreds of people in and out of your condo each year, you’re going to see wear and tear. I don’t think having carpets are a good idea though anywhere close to the beach. The bunk bedroom really isn’t big enough for the bunk beds and queen bed. It blocks off part of the entrance to that bathroom and it feels really crammed up. The washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom that is accessible through one of the bedrooms and living room. We had a small leak from one of the smoke detectors and called the customer service phone number. This was on a Sunday and the maintenance guy came out within an hour and took the smoke detector with him but never came back so I don’t know what happened there. One of the master tubs does not drain well at all. Overall the stay wasn’t bad and the value was really good. I would recommend this condo but if you’re picky, maybe not the best idea for you. We enjoyed making memories!!

Condo was very affordable!! Booked last minute for a family of 6. Worked great with 4 bdr and 4 ba. Views of ocean were spectacular!! Loved being on the 14th floor. Space was not as clean as I would of liked, especially with paying so much extra for a cleaning fee. Definitely needs a deep clean. Pool is not very big but enough to make the kids happy. Parking is very tight. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again because its affordable!!
