Furnished with everything you expect while on vacation. Living room 55" HDTV / cable TVs in each bedroom. Windows have room-darkening drapes & blinds to sleep late, or afternoon naps. Kitchen is fully stocked with vacation rental cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils & appliances.

Located directly on Tidewater's private beach 2 football fields wide. THE BEST amenities including two huge lagoon pools outdoor and indoor spas, indoor pool, Tiki bar, 4,300 sq. ft. fitness center, movie theater, climate controlled walkway to parking garage, 7 elevators, parasailing, jet skis, paddle boards, beach volleyball and 24/7 security.

Short walk to Pier Park’s 20+ restaurants & over 100 specialty stores, 16 screen Grand Movie Theater & IMAX. The City Fishing Pier is across the street from Pier Park You will have a great view from the balcony to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July, New Year's, and many other times throughout the year.

RESORT FEE There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

The Tidewater unit 1011 was great. The unit is very spacious and well equipped. The 3 full baths is a great plus with several people. The location is perfect for great shopping at Pier Park and many resturant favorites close by. Also walmart is just up the road a few minutes. This was our 2nd stay at the unit and again we were very please with the unit and the facility overall .

Good location. Floors not very clean on arrival, we purchased a mop to clean. Vents in bathroom need cleaning. Shower curtain in master bath dirty, inner lining moldy. Internet is spotty. <br/>Kitchen adequately supplied, except only one regular size spoon.

Overall it was a great. The Unit was mostly great.<br/>The sofa is absolutely nasty and the floor on balcony just as nasty. Other than those 2 items and the elevators (lol) it was great. We have stayed there twice.

Our winter vacay was wonderful. We always choose ECDI for our rental agency. We stayed at Tidewater for 30 nights in unit 1011. We had no issues except for the dryer going out, but we contacted our rental manager, BOB, who was quick to get maintenance to look at it, and get a new one brought in! Bob, is always very helpful which is one of the reasons we always trust ECDI! The condos are always clean and well equipped to make you feel at home.

The condo was great!! It was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to stay in and cook. And they even provide sand toys if you have small kids. The only downfall is the elevators and that is only bad when everyone is trying to check in. We will definitely be back!1

Property at great location to local attractions. Condo space very spacious and as advertised in listing. Kitchen items were adequate. Only small issue was the dishwasher leaked water on initial wash start up and was not secured to cabinet wall. The over all facility was great a d all staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and specific unit for a great stay!

We always love to visit Panama City Beach/Destin area in the spring and summer months. We always take the trip with our best friends and this year we wanted to stay on the beach instead of a house that was not beachfront. This place was ideal.

Can&#x2019;t beat the view. Unit was as expected regarding cleanliness, I had planned on washing sheets, blankets, dishes, etc before I used them so any minor misses were of no concern. We had several Maintenance issues but got an immediate response whenever I called and they fixed what they could. When we left the bunk room bathroom sink still needed a stopper, the lint trap on the dryer needed a replacement and the TV in the LR still had a distorted line across the picture area. However, they were &#x201C;working &#x201C; on resolving those things. The actual beach area was a disappointment if you planned on spending any time out there. 2 rows of beach chairs take up most of beach front access leaving little room if you have children who need space to play near water. The elevator wait was annoying, I can only imagine how long the wait will be during busy seasons. All in all we did enjoy our stay in spite of the issues noted.

The tidewater condo was nice. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked for it to be. the vacuum in the condo did not work well so we couldn't clean to our standards. Other than that everything else worked well and we over all enjoyed our stay! Hoping to go back soon.

This was my family&#x2019;s 1st vacation and we will definitely be going back. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The condo was really a home away from home. My 20, 15, 14 and 13 year old enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be going back.

Condo was perfect. Clean, very roomy, well decorated. We had everything we needed to be comfortable for a week. Only complaint was the check in process. Even completing my part online still had to stand in line. Then when I was second from front we were moved to a different floor to wait all over again. And the security manager was extremely rude to me about it. He wanted to allow someone behind me to jump in front of the line when I had been waiting for a very long time before they arrived. The condo owner was very helpful anytime I needed to message them and responded quickly.

The condo was great and enjoyed the steam room and sauna and hot tub. Swivel recliners were comfy. However the since the balcony was last cleaned many pigeon visits left droppings on deck and furniture. Not easy to keep balcony chairs cleaned up for very long. Someone said mothballs would keep them away but inspection staffer said nothing works.
