The unit was large enough for our group of 10 (4 child bunks were great! A couple of small issues arose during the stay but they came out and resolved them. Need more parking. We had 3 cars and 2 of our group had to pay to park 2 streets over. A great week otherwise - would love to have had plug Gus da for our toddler

Beautiful and well equipped condo! Loved the spacious balcony...spent a lot of time there enjoying the view and the breeze! Management was responsive quickly to our questions and requests. Pictures display exactly what the condo looks like. Very well maintained. Also enjoyed the pool with the grandkids! Parking is tight for larger vehicles and you may end up having to pay for parking in adjacent lot if you drive more than one vehicle. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was the best ever! Magnificent view. Short distance to beach. The condo was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The deck was huge. The only negative was the weather and double red flags for a couple of days. Nothing anyone could do about that. Would gladly stay there again.

Our stay was a great experience. We were a group of 7 women and enjoyed the whole trip. Condo was great and we loved the view. We spent every day on the beach or at the pool. We found a few good restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The location is great but had a few issues upon arrival. Bed with no sheets and only one TV worked. Text and called these issues in and while we were gone the next day just dropped the sheets off and day before we were to part was asked if TV&#x2019;s still not working so that was never fixed. One coffee maker is not working and the blow dyer&#x2019;s in all the bathrooms only one worked. These are easy fixes and I believe would be done if the cleaning service would let the host know. I would book again.

It was very good good for our two families. Two masters on the water made it fair since we were splitting the cost. 4 bathrooms were great when everyone needed to get ready in the evening at the same time.

not the best condo at ocean ritz i have stayed in no pots and pans broken out door furniture not even a can opener! by mid week we did receive a set of pans and new furniture did arrive the only good thing was the location

Great family vacation. Overall very pleased with the condo's inside. Kitchen pictures need updated to show off the new stainless appliances. <br/>However the balcony pictures also need updated as many pieces of furniture were no longer there. For 6 adults, we had 3 places to sit. The 2 chaise lounges shown & 1 chair with stool. There was a different dining table than shown which would have been fine had chairs been with it. I did contact by text, email & phone inquiring about additional seating but did not receive a response.

This condo was very spacious and the balcony was huge. The location was great as it was close to most things. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. Parking wasn&#x2019;t ideal as only one reserved spot and the parking garage was a very tight squeeze even for a car. the overflow lot only had about 20 spots and was full all the time, so expect to pay the 5.00/day for public parking, which is directly behind the overflow lot and an easy walk to the condo. The elevators were busy on check in day (as expected), but was good the rest of the week. When contacted management on Sunday with issues such as toilet leaking and again on Monday to make sure we were on the list to get the problem corrected and also reported that the AC unit was leaking into the living room and bathroom. The lady on the phone assured me we were on the list. On Wednesday, we still didn&#x2019;t have anyone come to look at the issues so I contacted the owner of the condo and within an hour, he had someone there to fix the problems. We had to use most the towels from the condo (and some of our beach towels) to lay on the floor to help keep the water from leaking and we asked the guy fixing if we could get some extra towels, which he delivered very quickly. He was very polite. The folks who do the cleaning could take more pride in their job, as there were a lot of dirt, food crumbs under the living room furniture and tables. The swimming pool is very small and always crowded. The hot tub was warm, but not hot and the jets didn&#x2019;t work. It was always crowded with small kids in it. Overall, this is a very nice, spacious unit, in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Ritz. A few spots in the apartment were not clean upon arrival, but it was nothing we could not clean ourselves. The balcony was amazing. We had some issues with the parking passes but the owner was very helpful, and at the end of the day, it was not a problem. There is also a city lot directly behind the overflow lot that was only $5 a day. The beaches were beautiful and the people are very friendly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall our stay was enjoyable at Ocean Ritz 0903. The view was great from the balcony. The unit was fairly clean although we had to wash the silverware that was dirty and we ended up buying (and leaving) a new skillet as the ones in the unit are well past their use date. Furniture on the balcony could use refreshing. I would recommend updating pictures of the unit for accuracy. Property management company was good to work with and allowed us to check out slightly later than originally listed.

This condo is located on the ninth floor in the views are spectacular. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor furniture needs to either be repaired or replaced. Kitchen floor was filthy and the rug in the kitchen needs to be replaced as well. With a little attention, this place could be perfect . The elevators were great but there was one day that they try to blame on a storm for failing and people had to walk down from his high as the 24th floor to go to the beach. We were told by a local business that this happens rather often. It was fixed halfway through the day.
