This beautiful unit is located right on the beach in the highly sought after Sterling Reef Condominiums.

This unit is located on the 10th floor.

Sterling Reef is located on Front Beach Road within walking distance to Shipwreck Island, a waterpark great for the whole family. With multiple waterslides, pools and a lazy river, Shipwreck Island is a great way to beat the heat.

NEWER COMPLEX! Big balcony overlooking the fabulous Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf Coast. This vacation condominium features two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The ocean front master bedroom has a spectacular view of the gulf of mexico and a sliding glass door to the balcony. It has a flat screen tv and KING SIZE BED. Also has a private bathroom with garden tub/shower combo.

In the secondary bedroom there is a twin size bed and also a bunk bed with a twin over full and a flat screen TV.

This complex has a seasonally heated pool with a Large Barbecue both are located Gulfside.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and with access to the ocean front balcony with enough room for balcony dining.

We have stayed in this condo three years in a row and we love it. It is spacious and just a wonderful place. The past two years, room cleaning has kept us from checking in at 4. This year only 30 minutes. Last year and hour and a half. The master suite bed has went down hill this year so if you like soft beds, bring a mattress topper. Regardless of house keeping and the mattress, we will continue to stay here. It wasn’t as clean this year as it was last year though. I did some cleaning when we got in.

Room and view were excellent. We checked in and we're surprised to see a cleaning rag on the table ,it almost seemed like they were not done. I had to wipe down tables and sweep floors, finding clothing from previous guests, also had to wipe windows.

Overall experience was good. Great location. The condo was nice and very clean. Only issue we had was with the TVs; the one in the living area kept going in and out and the one in the bedroom could only get Prime and it would lose reception off and on.

I really didn’t like going through VRBO to get to Emerald coast destinations rentals. But once I got to Emerald Coast Destination we had No problems at all. Easy check in. We had a great time great views, great room, The room was exceptionally cleaned and plenty of towels! We love the location. Parking is not that great, though. I will definitely rent from them again. Great seafood in the area.

We enjoy staying at the Sterling Reef and the condo was great! The location of Sterling Reef is in the center of everything we planned on doing. We had to call maintenance 1 time and they sent someone over very quickly (fire alarm was beeping). Other then that the couch was not a comfy couch but it would not stop us from renting again. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!!!

We first got to condo and there were wet towels in the dryer. <br/>There were no king sheets for the master bed to be found in condo anywhere, we asked for some and we are STILL waiting for the sheets to be &#x201C;dropped off&#x201D; (we checked out Saturday, 4-22-23) <br/>The floors had not been swept, sand all over them. The condo itself was nice but will not stay with Emerald Coast Destinations again.

Wonderful area and a beautiful beach. Loved watching the waves roll in from the large balcony.<br/><br/>The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The refrigerator holds a lot but is set too cold. Anything on the top shelf may freeze.<br/><br/>The master bedroom was very large and the 2nd bedroom was very small. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced, it is awful to sit on. <br/><br/>The complex has guards who work downstairs in the entrance to the parking garage. I always felt safe and thought they did a great job.<br/><br/><br/>

The property I stayed at was wonderful! The location was great; it was easy to get out of the property it was right beside a traffic light so I wasn&#x2019;t constantly waiting on a break in traffic! <br/>The room I stayed in was wonderful and very clean when I arrived! When I first arrived there was a problem with the air unit; but I contacted the property management and they sent someone up right away and had it fixed ! Will definitely be staying again at this location when I am back in that area!

My family and I had a great stay here. the host is very communicative and personal, which makes the experience 5 stars already!!..so check in and house manual is very easy to follow. Second, the location of this condo is perfect. Middle of all the restaurants, Gift shops, and grocery stores. Third, we are right on the beach so we did not have to hike far. Imagine having to bring towels, umbrellas and coolers so being right on the beach is always the best! The rooms were clean and as is shown in the pictures. Kitchen essentials are there and one of the best things about this condo is the natural light shining from the balcony and of course the view of the sun setting on the beach. Definitely returning and will 100% recommend to friends and family!

Such a cute condo! This place is conveniently located as it is near grocery stores, restaurants, and gift shops. Cleanliness is great! Perfect view of the beach! I would vacay here again!

It was a luxurious experience! Spacious for the young children and very generous with seating making it easy to dine, relax, and just enjoy the view. The fully stocked kitchen was super wonderful for all of our needs. The location was perfect and just amazing for our whole family!

The condo was nice but house keeping could use improvement, there was sand on the floors and there was sand in the bed of the bunks and queen bed, the handle to the toilet in the big bedroom was broken and the door handle to the big bedroom was broke,some things you need to know and all condo passes were expired, had to call to get new ones.

The room itself was nice. It was just so terribly dirty. Also. The checkin process was terrible. I WAS NEVER SENT AN EMAIK REGARDING CHECK IN. So I called and it was terrible. My friends and I almost drove 14 hours for no reason. Eventually we got it figured out but it was a huge pain in the butt and waste of time. Other than that, the location was perfect and the view was absolutely stunning.

We loved the location and the condo was nicely decorated. However, when we arrived there were dishes left in the dishwasher. There were also towels and sheets in the washer and dryer. Not a big deal, but what do we pay a cleaning fee for if we do it ourselves? The code to the gate to the beach should be included in the information given. We had to ask someone. Usually there is a sheet to tell you what to do when you leave. This was not given. We just did what we always do. While we were here the freezer stopped working properly. We called maintenance and they came and fixed it. I would say the refrigerator and washer/dryer probably could use an upgrade. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would probably stay here again in the future.
