Description

This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 4th floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!

Free Beach chairs are included with the reservation (in season).

Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

Condo was pretty clean, plenty of space, kitchen was great and well stocked. Great location. There were a few things that needs to be fixed - a few of the outlets were loose, the breaker for the heat pump for the first bedroom kept kicking off so the room got pretty warm at times, the track for the sliding doors were pretty dirty, the sliding doors don’t lock (we had small children with us), the door to the balcony in the room with the double beds was hard to lock, the door jam of the front door needs to be fixed. Overall it was a great experience. Would stay here again.

We had a nice stay in this unit. Plenty of room and perfect location and nice pools. The kitchen definitely needs stocked with cooking supplies and dish towels. The unit could've also used a deep clean. It was ok. But really dusty, the couch was really broke down and stained and the shower curtains covered in mildew. We had a great time with family but it stinks you pay that much for a place and it can't be more clean than that. Overall we had a good time! Booking, checking in and out was a breeze though! I will definitely book with Emerald Coast Destinations again.

This 4th floor unit has a perfect view, and is right on the beach. There are volleyball courts and chairs with umbrellas. Just reserve them early. Plenty of easy parking, just show your parking pass from the room to security. This is building 1, so there is a pool. The nicer pool is on building 2, which you can use. There are only 2 elevators for this building. One was broken down for most of our time there. Using the stairs became more convenient than waiting for an elevator. The kitchen is nice, but needs new pots and pans. We has to buy some appliances for all the cooking we has planned. Walmart is very close by. Lots of good food nearby too, if you don't cook. Perfect size for family of 7; parents, grandparents and 3 kids.

This rental was really lovely! Everything was in good condition and there was a ton of space. Each room having an ocean view was really nice as well. The beach setup included was nice so we didn’t have to carry chairs to the beach. Each bathroom has a soaking tub that is fairly deep, so my dad that just had knee surgery had a little trouble getting in and out of the shower, so something to keep in mind if traveling with older family members. We had an issue with the dishwasher and tv in the master bedroom that was not corrected before we left, but overall it was a great week! I would stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our stay in PCB. The view was gorgeous from all 3 bedrooms and the space was big enough for our family of 9. One note to the owners though: the kitchen did not have enough large spaghetti/stock pans and almost no dish towels and cloths. Other than that we loved the condo!

We loved our stay at this condo located conveniently on the 4th floor and with 3 large master bedrooms with their own beautiful full bathrooms. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was close to many things to do, and lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend!

The condo was very spacious, but needs some work. All three doors leading to the balcony need to either replaced or repaired. The sliding door will open about halfway but needs significant force to open all the way. Both handles on the doors barely turn. The couch is covered in stains. The check in/out and rental process was super simple. The unit could use more pots & pans, dish towels, bath towels and pot holders. We had to use the bathroom towels when cooking & doing the dishes. Overall the condo was nice and in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It is spacious and very well appointed. It took us several days to figure out how to use the Roku TV but once we did, it was fine. The pictures indicated that the two queen beds would be in the back bedroom and we were a little disappointed to find the furniture for the bedrooms had been changed. We liked the location and places close enough to walk to. The heated pool was great!

First of all this review is not for this property as we were notified at around 0800 on the day of our departure that the unit was badly flooded and they would have to move us to another unit. This was bad news as we were expecting to stay on the same floor with 2 other couples at Long Beach. Initially they had moved us to another resort 2.5 miles away but upon receiving a cancellation they kept us at Long Beach and upgraded us to a 3 bedroom. Which was nice but unneeded. We loved the decor and you just can't beat Long Beach Resort. The third bathroom toilet was stopped up but we notified management and they came promptly. The unit had a significant roach problem which was by far the most disturbing aspect of our stay. We wound up staying in unit 406 in Tower 1. There were guests/residents that had dogs that barked loudly when they heard the Sea Screamer fire it's cannons as well as some young guests that were playing music much louder than we had experienced before. Had a great time. Condo had very minimal flaws like the sink was still clogged that we had to clean out our selves and a few things were off the walls that werent put back up. Which all in all these are minimal things and can live with. It was a beautiful property and great stay

Our family absolutely loved this condo. The room was beautiful the balcony was humongous and the kitchen was amazing and big. We all had ocean front and our own bathroom plus there's a pullout bed in the couch. We loved it qnd will definitely be returning.

This was the most perfect beach vacation my family has ever experienced. The condo view was breathtaking, the balcony enormous, the space on the beach incredible, pools were perfection. I could go on all day! Parking was simple, elevators were quick, close walk to SO many things, saw dolphins galore every single morning. 9 of us stayed here last week, and not one of us had a single complaint and we cannot wait to return. I know not every tower and every unit has stellar reviews, but this particular tower and unit is where it&#x2019;s at!

Overall the experience was good. The sand at the end of the boardwalk from the condo to the beach is VERY DEEP which makes it literally impossible to walk or drag a wagon not to mean the heat is terrible. This of course is not the owner's fault but maybe he could mention to the condo management. Also the condo could use more bath towels. Overall all the vacation was great.

We were very satisfied with this unit, and the quick response we had from the manager on a simple request. The condo was very well equipped with very comfortable beds and bedding. The building was very nice with easy access to everything. The beach decor was right on point and made our stay one to remember.

Upon arriving we had texted the resort owner to see if we&#x2019;d be able to check in early since we had drove through the night with two babies. Owners never responded, so I walked up to the room and the cleaning lady said she would have it done within two hrs so we can check in and get the babies settled, we were grateful for that! Now when I say out of town I always bring cleaning supplies and clean the room just for myself so I know my room is cleaned. Of course it wasn&#x2019;t very clean but I don&#x2019;t blame the lady we kind of rushed her out so she did a good job, but the room for sure could use a fulllll deep clean. One of the master bedroom toilet wouldn&#x2019;t flush so we had to turn of valve then back on to flush, it wasn&#x2019;t a big deal so we told her day before check out so she couldn&#x2019;t have fixed for next paying customers. Our sliding door wouldn&#x2019;t close due to build up inside the track of the door. We had no problems in our stay, overall it was really a great stay and an unbelievable view, for sure would recommend this condo, just maybe have some cleaning supplies on hand!
