16th floor condo at The Watercrest, PCB.

The living room and all of the bedrooms have mounted flat screen tv's with cable.

The master bedroom has one King size bed with ocean views and its own private bathroom. The master bathroom has a nice walk in shower with glass doors.

The second bedroom overlooking the water has a king size bed, flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower in it with glass doors.

The third bedroom has two full size beds.

The living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa so the condo comfortably sleeps 10.

The third bathroom is newly renovated also with a walk in shower.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances.

No issue getting in the unit. We had our codes email a week before or stay. Our parking passes we’re waiting inside the unit for us. Condo was clean and very nicely decorated. You could tell it was an older condo but no complaints to mention.

We overall enjoyed our stay. Having 6 adults and 3 bathrooms was fantastic. The condo is nice and I would stay here again, but I would HIGHLY suggest a deep and more thorough cleaning in each of the bathrooms. Not sure if they are just trying to hurry and clean before the next check in, but the toilets didn’t seem to have been cleaned at all. The showers are in deep need of grout cleaning.

We loved the condo. The views were emasculate! You really need to advertise that you can SEE THE SUNSET FROM YOUR BEDROOM! In Destin we traveled somewhere each night to see the sunset but here I laid in the bed and viewed the beauty!!! Wow <br/><br/>It&#x2019;s also a quieter part of PCB which we loved and no crowds!! <br/><br/>My only suggestion would be to get a better mop/vacuum. The vacuum shoots the sand back out and the mop was filthy so the floors stayed pretty sandy. <br/><br/>It was spacious and beautiful and fit us 6 well. Thank you

Overall a great experience!! The maid was over the top. We arrived early and she finished our room so we could unpack! Great customer service. The room was superb! We tried to keep it clean for the next guest. The only drawback was they took 2 days to replace front door during spring break?

Everything was great, condo clean and in good working order. The only issue was communication with the managers/owner the last 24 hours of our stay when we tried to get a later check out (was supposed to be 9 am) due to weather related travel issues. They granted the later time but not until many hours after we had already left.

Over the years, we have rented several different condos in different buildings along Panama City Beach. This is our favorite unit so far.<br/>All of them have the beautiful Panama City Beach as their main show, so we are basing our opinion exclusively on the unit & it's building. <br/>We felt that it was a special treat to be able to stay in this condo. The decor is attractively contemporary & minimal. The spacious layout is to our liking. Nearly the entire beachfront wall of the condo is glass with easy-rolling doors to the balcony. There are many extra amenities to enjoy including 2 beachfront balcony bedrooms, 2 walk-in showers, as well as another bathroom with a tub for the 3rd bedroom. The seated vanity with a close-up mirror in the master-bath was an enjoyable bonus. The countertops are granite and the floors are a stone-like tile that feels good on bare feet. There are 4 TVs & many channels. The beds are comfortable. We brought an extra blanket, but only used it for relaxing in the living room because the unit is well insulated against the weather. The kitchen is well-equipped, but it needs a new frying pan. We only bought coffee filters & dish soap to compliment what they had. Everything was neat & clean. The building was secure, quiet, & well maintained. There are 4 elevators, 2 for floors 1-6, and 2 for the top floors. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again & will recommend it to others.

Location was great. View from balcony was great. Condo needs some help. Ice maker didn&#x2019;t work. Something was going on with the air conditioner unit. Made everything in the unit feel damp, the furniture, sheets, towels. They really need to upgrade the living room furniture. Beds were great.<br/>Security around pool was very nice, very sweet lady. Beach was good. Not that busy when we went.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location, just far enough from the masses in the center of PCB so the beach wasn't too crowded. The condo has a perfect layout with 2 bedrooms facing the ocean and access to the huge balcony. We had one issue during our stay and mngt had someone out to fix the problem promptly. Will definitely stay again next time we visit PCB. My kids and I very much enjoyed our stay!

I wish I could upload pictures of how dirty our room was. Even after they came and cleaned it was still filthy. Sheets were still in the dryer for us to take care of. The queen size bed had no mattress pad and it looked like some one messed the bed. The tv in King size bedroom didn't work. I walked across the floor after the person cleaned and my feed were black on the bottom ( I just had got out of the shower. So to summarize we were ok with accommodations, the beds were comfortable. but the filth was just over bearing.

This is my second time staying through Emerald Coast Destinations and once again they did not disappoint!If you are looking for a condo with great amenities, a great view, and on a quiet stretch of beach, look no further! The 3 bedrooms were all nice sized and each had its own bathroom which was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and both the living room and balcony furniture were in good shape.The condo does have a little wear-and-tear; but this is expected and overall the condo is in very good shape for a rental. I would like to commend the customer care team for their help with a minor issue when we checked-in; and their quick response to a few of the (very minor) maintenance issues we brought up (missing light bulbs, smoke detector issue, etc). Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and Emerald Coast Destinations for your next vacation!

The only reason that I give this a 3 star rating on cleanliness is because the floors of the condo were NASTY when we arrived. I think the cleaning crew may have just forgotten to sweep and mop Other than that my booking was easy, Emerald Coast was very responsive and the condo is just as pretty as the picture show.<br/><br/>Just wish the telescope that is shown in the pictures would been in the condo. That would have been awesome!!!<br/><br/>Highly recommend Emerald Coast and Watercrest #1604.

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1604. I thought we would be waiting a long time for the elevators in an 18 floor building but we didn't. The condo was very clean. The only drawback was the fitted sheets on the bed. They didn't fit and had to be put back into place daily. The beach was, as always, beautiful.

We will definitely be back! We have had bad experiences with other condos in the past with sketchy people or elevators not working but this place was different. Very family friendly. Security officers were always around and very friendly. The pool was fun and clean and we loved the Tiki bar!. The condo was beautifully updated and very clean. the ice maker wasn't working when we got there and we called Sunday morning to see if there was anything they could do. The customer service rep was so nice and said that with it being Sunday and Monday being a holiday it may be Tuesday before someone could come out. I said no big deal, that will be fine but to our surprise within 30 minutes we had maintenance knocking on our door and had it fixed right away. We were pleasantly surprised. Parking was a little tight but not too bad. The beach was very laid back. We had a great experience here and I think we have found our new spot for our yearly vacation.
