We also have a 3rd floor 3 bedroom a few condos down. It is pictured on vrbo 409378

The prices on this ad are for one condo only.

These have one of the largest ocean front balconies of any 2 bedroom in all of Panama City Beach.

The living room has a large flat screen tv. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlook the gulf. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the gulf, with sliding glass doors to the large, 40 feet balcony.

GULF CREST PET POLICY One small dog less than 25 lbs allowed for renters over 30 days. The front office charges $100 fee upon arrival. This is their fee and not associated with any of our fees. Pets not allowed for renters less than 30 days.

Total square footage of unit is 1388.

HI-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

The condo was great. It needs an update but it was clean and everything worked. The beds were comfortable. The balcony is very big. The view of the gulf is awesome. This was our 2nd stay and it won't be our last. We really like this condo.

We love staying at Gulfcrest and had another fabulous time. This unit is now for sale and does need some updating, hopefully someone will buy it and do the updates needed to make this a perfect place to stay.

Overall was a good stay , location is awesome , check in was fast and they were really nice . Only complaints I have is the couch needs to be thrown out , and a table on balcony as well. There was one night time guard who was really to strict about the pool area . But other then that it was a great stay I would come back

Everything was clear and easy in regards to checking in and out. Place was very nice and clean. Only complaint is that the bunk beds are in a closet, which we were not aware of and had to rearrange sleeping conditions because taller friends could not fit in them.

Had a very good stay. Condo was very clean and was everything the description said it was. Only issue was the AC wasn&#x2019;t working very well when we arrived, but maintenance was there the same day and fixed the issue. Will stay here again.

Condo was very clean, everything worked properly! Beds were very comfortable! Amazing views, nice to be right by elevator. The property was well taken care of, they cleaned outdoor tables daily, Tiki Bar had great food and drink options. We will definitely be back!

This was a nice location with the balcony overlooking the ocean. It could have been cleaner, the ice maker didn't work, the fan in the master bedroom didn't work and the tub filled with about 5 inches of water while showering. Definitely needs a good drain cleaning. The floors were dirty, dust was visible, the ice maker needs to be defrosted. Overall we had a good time and the unit was doable for the price we paid.

Panama City Beach was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet off season area. The balcony was large enough to lay in the sun and enjoy meals outside. The condo was nicely furnished although the furniture could probably be updated in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was away from the tourist area which was alright for us. There was a Walmart a mile away and a short drive to Pier Park for large stores and a theater. The management was very helpful and friendly.

It was great ,plenty of room, very nice staff, nice people, the kitchen sink stopper hard to get out. Kitchen was fully stocked. Very nice balcony. Pools were nice. Tv in master bedroom only got 1 channel. Over all a very nice stay.

This unit is exactly as stated. very clean and well kept. Neatly decorated and has a comfortable homey feel. The ONLY concern I have is where the carpet and tile meet in the kitchen there are some sharp tacs sticking up that hurt really bad when you walk across it. Don't let that deter your stay. You will love this place as we did. We hope to rent this same unit again next July.

The condo is very spacious. The updates in the living area were very nice and cozy. The bathrooms could use some work and it would have been nice to be able to put in a code instead of having to use actual keys to get in and a broom would have been nice to have to sweep up the kitchen and bathrooms.We noticed that the basket of coffee pot was missing and they were very nice and brought us a new one that day! The overall condo was nice but the area it was located was super loud so if we stay again we will bring a sound machine. I like how quick and easy it is to get from the room to the pool and deck.
