Description

A complete resort condominium located on the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and are totally Gulf-front condos with all the bells and whistles. Enjoy many on-site amenities:, tiki pool bar, hot tubs kiddie pool, and a full-service beach with jet-skiing,beach chairs/umbrella complimentary for your stay in some condos... para-sailing, and sailing.

This unit has all the upgrades. Nice and clean! This unit includes a stack-able washer/dryer for your convenience-- sleeps up 8 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony access with a spectacualr view of the ocean. It has its own bathroom with dual vanities. It has cable tv.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv.

The living room has a large flat screen tv hanging on the wall. There are 2 bunks in an out of the way area behind the kitchen table. They have twin size beds and are big enough for an adult.

A full kitchen to prepare those fun meals when you not out dining at the many outstanding restaurants located within walking distance or a short drive to the Gulf Crest. Twenty-four-hour, security, guard gate for your protection.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

Loved everything about this place. The whole property is very secure from the parking lot to the beach. The property is very clean and up to date. The condo was very spacious and all furniture in good condition and loved the huge balcony. It was very rainy during our stay and many naps were taking on the balcony lounge chairs. Only issue we had was the balcony was very dirty with sand all over the ground and food crumbs on the table but it was nothing to take care of that in 5 minutes. The inside however was absolutely spotless. Only suggestion I would have is to maybe supply some hangers because there was a ton of closet space but no way to hang anything up without bringing your own hangers. Pool area was very clean with big pools and nice hot tubs. All in all I would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

We love stayin at Gulf Crest!! This condo is perfectly located on the 9th floor .. the elevator is a few steps away from the door .. we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!! Our host was amazing to work with booking our stay ��

I thought the condo was great and my family had a great time. Elevators were quick and parking was easy. Beach access was easy, and pools were nice. We had a good stay. If you're a nitpicker, you may find a few small things but if you're a normal person having fun with your family, place is perfect. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and it fit us perfectly. Thanks

The condo needs a good deep cleaning. The bedroom/balcony has electrical problems. We kept having to reset the breakers. Other than that no complaints. Great location. Parking was great. The ladies in the office at the condo is NO help during the check in process. They hand ya a iPad and tell ya to get to work LOL honestly idk why we needed to check in. There’s no one on the property to check anything.

We loved staying in this condo! This was our first time at Gulf Crest, but not our last. The condo was clean and comfortable. It accommodated our large group very well. The front desk was very helpful and had a great check-in station set up to accommodate for social distancing. The only thing I’ll note is to bring your own sheets if you plan to use the pull-out couch! Other than that, the condo was great with good amenities and all the kitchen appliances you’d need for cooking. The owner was very quick to respond and answered all my questions. Looking forward to coming back!

We had a great week staying in this condo. The location and view were amazing! <br/>We had an issue with the shower in the guest bathroom not working, but I contacted the owner and he had someone from maintenance up there very quickly to fix it and get it working for us. The freezer in the refrigerator does not work properly and the door that you open to the freezer gets stuck and is very hard to pull out and push in. We had 8 guests and there were not enough bath towels for each guest to have even one. So, I would suggest taking extra bath towels in addition to beach towels. <br/>The view from the balcony is amazing and that is where we spent the majority of our time when we were in the room. It is very spacious and we very much enjoyed our stay outside of these few minor details. The fact that the beach chairs are included in your rental is a huge bonus also!

Condo was great! All the necessities were included. My only wish was to have more bath towels. We brought our own beach towels and used them for bath and beach. The views were beautiful! The layout of condo was perfect! The master bedroom and guest bedroom were separated by the kitchen, which was perfect because we came with another couple so the privacy was great! We were right in the middle of all the restaurants!

Good trip but definitely need some housekeeping training!

Our stay at Gulf Crest view was amazing looking over the water! But the only problem we seen was the housecleaning should have took more pride in her job cleaning!! There was several bulbs out in lamps, the bathroom had mold growing on the shower doors which was a very bad health hazard! First off if the cleaning lady would have done her job like taking a scrub brush to those areas it would have made a huge difference! The beds was never swept under found a dirty hairbrush that belong to someone else besides our party! Gulf Crest Thank you for the View but please take extra caution on checking out the cleaning services!!!

This was our first year at Gulf Crest! The condo was clean and very nice. The pool area was under construction the on one side but still didn&#x2019;t hurt anything. Love the short walk to the beach. Probably book here for years to come!

The condo was very nice overall. The master suite was very spacious; however, the bed frame was very squeaky and the bathroom could use some updating. The floors were also not cleaned sufficiently prior to our arrival. Every time we walked around barefoot our feet would be black on the bottom. I loved the outdoor patio space and all of the amenities are incredible. You are a minutes walk from restaurants right outside the property and there&#x2019;s even a yummy grill by the pool that serves fresh food and drinks. Highly recommend for families, friend groups, or couples! Loved my stay!

We had a great stay at this condo while on vacation. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing! The unit was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. Close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. There was not a long wait for elevators and the assigned parking was a big plus. The only few negative things we found with this unit was the patio furniture is getting worn, as well as the bathroom fixtures (looks like the brass plating is flaking off). Would definitely recommend and would stay in this unit again in the future.

The condo was nice...the balcony was amazing and having the beach chairs included was such a big help not having to drag chairs down there. The condo needed a deep cleaning but had everything furnished.
