- Down Payment: Our ECDI $750 Non-Refundable Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

This location couldn’t be any better. The beach is your backyard and steps from Pier Park and if you have a pet, it’s just a few steps from dog park. We have a severely autistic child and can honestly say it was autism friendly. My son was very comfortable and mesmerized watching the ocean from the loving room. He felt extremely safe, loved the pool, and walking to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Very accommodating, plenty of room, plenty of linens, kitchen supplies, 2 refrigerators and very clean.

If you are looking for a rental directly on the beach, this is your place. Located at the heart of Pier Park, this rental property is perfect for beach days and enjoying the night life within walking distance. On days where double red flags fly, sitting in the pool outside the home was ideal.

We loved the location. Close to Pier Park. The beach was great. Plenty of room. Plenty of parking. Slightly hard to pull out because of the closeness of the trees/shrubs to the road. Could be cleaner. There were beer cans everywhere out back. Overall though, it was a great stay, we had a blast. Recommendations - PLEASE change the flag or just take it down all together, it’s ragged, and maybe purchase a deck box for beach toys that renters don’t want to take home so the next renters can enjoy ��

We had a very good week at Sea Ease. There are lots of sofas, chairs, tables (inside and out). The layout of the house provides great separation for groups, so worked well for several family groups. It is a beach house, so it shows some wear. The tables inside are all pretty worn, but lots of space. The kitchen was pretty lacking in general (no plastic ware that we could use outside, very few forks, no hotpads) but we managed. Almost the entire time we were there the beach either was a red-flag or double-red flag, so the pool on the deck saved the vacation! We all spent quite a bit of time out there. The proximity to the beach was wonderful as was the proximity to any shopping areas. We would go back again.

Loved the location and the house was great only bad thing is they work give me a deposit back of $500 I have called for aMonth now and they only tell me their waiting on management to tell them what’s going on

The Sea Ease Beach House was the perfect house for our group of 14. All 14 of us fit comfortably in the house and enjoyed all the amenities the home offered. The house was very clean when we arrived and there were plenty of bath towels and plates to accommodate all of us. Having our own beach access was amazing and the group enjoyed watching sunsets from the hot tub on the back deck. The driveway had plenty of space to park our cars and pier park was <5 minute walk away. We also enjoyed taking lunch breaks from the beach to grill burgers and hot dogs on the grill in the front of the house. Overall, I would recommend this property to any large group that is looking to be right on the beach!

The hisue had everything we needed and expected for our family vacation. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic right on a huge beach area across the street from Pier Park with great dining, entertainment and shopping. The city fishing pier is a block away and we caught a lot of fish but gave them away because we didn't want to clean them. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a perfect location. The house needs to be given some tlc. When it rains there is water that leaks through the skylight at the base of the stairs. Rain also comes in from the kitchen window as well. The bath tub in the master has a hole in the tub on the side. The pool cover needs replaced. The back deck near the jacuzzi is broken. As long as it does not rain great rental. Location to the beach, shops and dining is a 10. Give this amazing home some tlc and it would be a 10. As it currently is its a 7

We rented this house because of it's location and once we parked our cars in the driveway we could walk to everything at Pier Park and take our fishing poles to the city fishing pier to catch our dinner. The house was cleaned well and we were able to check in a little early. Because we were early the pool service company arrived shortly after we had checked in and he had to pump out the water in the hot tub and refill it before we could use it but the pool was OK. There were no other issues during our stay and we would recommend this house to others for their vacations.

The house was clean & the location-GREAT. The kitchen was not stocked well. Bring dish cloths, a measuring cup & a coffee pot unless they have replaced the one that we had when we rented. We could not use the hot tub all week. When we got there the water was green and smelled awful. The pool company was closed on the weekend and Monday, since it was a holiday. They came on Tuesday, drained it and refilled it. They said the panel was bad and they would have to order one and replace it. Every afternoon the temp in the house rose to 80 degrees...especially when we cooked. Other than these problems, it was a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house itself is older but a lot of character. The location was excellent. Hardly any walk to the beach it&#x2019;s actually your backyard. The open floor plan was beautiful and very spacious.

The vacation house was as described on the website, which was a must for my family with 3 of us on limited mobility. The back deck was right on the sand, and the walk to the water was easily done, even for the septuagenarians sporting various surgery pins. :-) It was just a couple blocks from the pier and from shopping and dining at Pier Park, spacious, and a great view of the ocean from the large windows in the living room.

We chose this location because of the proximity to Dog Beach. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to anything you would need yet this area of the beach was not crowded and it was fun to watch the dogs play in the ocean.

My family had a great time , the small pool was a hit with everyone. We got to set in the hot tub or pool and just count the stars at night. We stayed 2 weeks and got to watch so many unique sunsets.We didn&#x2019;t want to go back to the real world after beach living. Thanks for renting your cool beach house.

We loved the location of the property. But it needs upgrades and repairs. Several tiles around the property are broke and someone in my family cut their feet on one. The grill the advertise for use was so dirty it wasn&#x2019;t usable, we tried to clean it and it came apart. So we had to guy a charcoal grill which we left there. The tubs were not clean and had to scrub them. The pool and hot tub were not serviced before we arrived and had to call maintenance which they came on a Sunday to fix the issue. The light on the front porch needs replaced it just flickers. The house was infested with flies that we couldn&#x2019;t figure out were they were coming from. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the location and being a beachfront property gave us a private beach area but it would had been better if the property was property maintained.

We replaced the gas grill after you reported it to us with a new one.

The pool and hot tub service could not be completed on Saturday the day you arrived because there were severe storms and strong winds all day. As you noted the had to reschedule and come early on Sunday morning and serviced both the pool and hot tub for you. The house was not infested with flies. When there is a strong wind from the north flies sometimes get caught in the wind and carried to the beach from the wetlands from about 4 miles north of the beach. There were reports from guests in all of our 270 properties that flies were on the beach but obviously we could not do anything about this condition of nature. On the day the prior guests checked out that you were to check in our housekeepers reported that the prior guests the had allowed flies to enter the house by leaving the doors open. We sprayed the house with flying insect killer but there were still some in the house when you arrived and actually they were still swarming on the beach for at least 2 days after you arrived.

Please come back and stay with us again for your next family vacation in Panama City Beach!

This house is in the best location in Panama City Beach. We could walk across the street to Pier Park for shopping, movies, food, entertainment, etc. Step right off the deck on to the white sand beaches and beautiful emerald water. The pier is close. We saw dolphins on two different days right in front of our house. There was so much space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were so nice to have to after a long day on the beach. Some minor repairs are needed, but the cost of this home compared to others in this optimal location makes up for it especially since they didn&#x2019;t affect our comfort during our stay.

AMAZING!! We had the best week at Sea Ease! 4 generations/ages 2-81 and the house was perfect. Of course as in any home on the beach with multiple occupants there are some small maintenance up keeping things it could use.. but who cares! We weren’t there to judge if the caulk on the tub was fresh?! There was zero signs of pest as mentioned in a previous post, the pool and the hot tub were amazing, the location perfect and price affordable! Thank you for allowing us to have a great beach home!

We rented the Sea Ease Beach House from Emerald Coast &amp;amp; had the time of our lives. What an awesome place for our family! Everything we could have dreamed of it being, it was. We had an amazing week of beautiful weather. The sunrise and sunsets were magnificent from this home. We enjoyed walking to so many wonderful eateries to cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of room for all to enjoy sitting around during meal times and fellow-shipping! Can't wait to book again for next year!

The location being right on the beach and walking distance makes it worth it. The showers/sinks were clean but overall the property seemed like it needed a deep clean and paint. There were torn screens, freezer didn't keep items cold, we had issues with the hot tub getting too hot (107 degrees), the pool wouldn't stay warm, there were water leaks on ceiling that we weren't sure if they were old or new. The management was very helpful and responsive though. The location though is key, it was so nice walking to the beach and town daily.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Sea Ease Beach house. House was great, very clean and roomy. The views were awesome, cause the beach was right outside the big window. Pool and hot tub were excellent too. And the location of the house could not have been better.

First, great location and in theory a great rental, but in disrepair and dirty. Nice clean sheets and towels. Couches are broken down, washing machine leaks/floods room, doorknobs falling off, doors don't shut, door locks won't open, hot tub and pool jets magically go on and off by themselves and hot tub emptied itself during the night...called maintenance and nobody ever showed, not even for the routine pool cleaning. Know what you're getting into with this rental. Fortunately my family was flexible and just happy to be at the beach.

Thank you Patricia for your 4 star review! As I had informed you all 5 of the sofa sleepers were scheduled to be replaced prior to your arrival but they were on back order at the Manufacturer. Since you only had 9 people you indicated they were not needed. A 5 sofas sleepers have now been replaced with new all leather units with memory foam mattresses. . We found that you had something in the groove of thes eal area at the bottom of the front loading door of the commercial grade washer and when removed it no longer leaked, It's not magic that the hot tub and pool jets come on and go off automatically it is how they are programmed to function. In your instructions we aksed you to keep the hot tub filled below the jets but you did not do that. When the level got below the jets that you left aimed upward the pumps have enough force to squirt all of the water over the edge and out of the hot tub. Routine pool cleaning was performed the day you arrived they stopped by to check on Wednesday no one was there and the pool did not need cleaning. THe water was clear and tested properly the Saturday you left and there was some sand on the bottom which is not unusual when there are windy days blowing it in off of the dunes.

We usually stay at a resort , but decided to try a house this year. I can say, we will be staying here again. Very accommodating for our group. Loved having a pool plus a hot tub to enjoy. Convenient to walk to pier park for dining and shopping and entertainment. Although we had an issue with trash pick up, it didn&#x2019;t interfere with our stay.

He did not realize that we pay extra for walk up service for them to get the trash cans out of the trash can area take them to the curb for disposal and then return them to that area. We pay extra for this service so that our guests on vacation do not have to take the 4 cans out to the curb and retrieve them on Tuesday and Friday Thank you for your email to me you said "Our vacation was wonderful!! Overall, we had a great stay! There were 5 families of 4 and we had plenty of room. Right on the beach which was exactly what we wanted. 5 sleeper sofas were all broken, but they provided us with blow up mattresses, which was a little inconvenient, but it worked! Bob was readily available and easy to work with. Loved having a pool! Wish property was a little better maintained, such as weeds pulled and trash picked up, and some minor cosmetic issues inside, but all in all a good stay! House was cleaner when we left then when we got there, but I would have cleaned first myself even if it was spotless!!! In conclusion, the location alone is worth the money!!!

The 2 sofa sleepers that you needed were usable but we brought you 2 air mattresses to put on top of them to be more comfortable for your guests, All were just replaced with new all leather units with memory foam mattresses that had been on back order and I am sorry they did not arrive as scheduled prior to your stay.The weeds you referred to are actually Sea Oats and Saw Grass in the sand dunes around the back deck and are part of the Eco system. protected by the E.P.A The trash is picked up twice a week but your cars were parked too close to the trash can area access for Waste Pro to walk up and take the 4 trash cans out to the street and dump them. We actually had to have them make a special trip after you left. Thank you for leaving the house in good condition when you left the group before you were not as considerate. {lease come back again Bob

This is a beautiful beach home! We got to wake up to a ocean view every morning. Walking distance to "Pier Park" was a plus. I came here for the beach and sun and enjoyed every day. Only thing is hot tub did not work. I will book another stay with Emerald Coast Destinations. Also i would like to thank Bob with ECD. Thanks. Sherry P
