Description

The master bedroom contains a king bed and private access to the master bath, as well as a flat screen TV. It also has a balcony door with access to the wraparound balcony. The master suite has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or whole family with 2 queen beds (huge room!) that comfortably sleep 4. This bedroom also has a full bathroom of it's own and TV.

The living room couch folds out into a sleeper sofa.

The condo was very nice and clean. There&#x2019;s a huge living room area that is all windows overlooking the Gulf. <br/>Very spacious and accommodating, we had everything we needed. <br/>Again, the view was amazing! <br/>We also loved Watercrest, great pool and pool deck/patio. <br/>Loading and unloading car was super easy and the parking was convenient.<br/>Will definitely return.<br/>Thanks!

Condo was great views were amazing and the location was good. Condo very spacious also.onky negative would be pullout couch mattress not comfy at all would not recommend it as a 4th bed but other than that was fantastic stay.

This was our second stay in this particular condo. The couch and loveseat does need updated as the fabric feels dirty. The master bedroom stays warmer than the rest of condo even with the shade closed. Other than that it is a great condo. Price is much cheaper than other condos at Watercrest. We love Watercrest! Excellent location on the quieter end of PCB!

The view is amazing, you are able to lay in the master bed and watch the dolphins, rays, and fish swim up and down the beach. The view from the living room is amazing. There is an updated set of pots and pans in the kitchen to cook with. They are really nice (ninja set) would love to have them at my house. The condo living/dinning area is huge plenty of room for everyone. There could be some updates in the condo though but nothing you can&#039;t work with. The grounds are kept very clean with security here 24/7 which is good. Everyone we have spoken with here and with the rental company has been nice. There was a few mix ups but was handled by the rental manager.

With this condo, the ocean view is perfect and worth the money. The condo itself needs some updating and deep cleaning. There were not enough dish towels and bath towels, so we had to keep washing the ones we had. Also, the air conditioner quit cooling halfway into the week and we were told to flip the breaker off for a while, which did work and it began to cool again. The elevators were fast even though the place was crowded. all in all. a good stay!!

It looked just like the pictures! Great view of the beach from the living room & master bedroom. The grounds of Watercrest were VERY well kept. Our grandkids enjoyed the heated pool. The hot tub was not in use, possibly due to covid. The suite itself could use a deep cleaning of baseboards, wall art, broken furniture stored in the closets, stuff from previous guests left under the beds... IF you intend to cook while you're there, would be a good idea to take a good skillet, big pasta sized pot and sharp knives. Bedside and front door rugs would also be a good idea because sand happens. My husband and I were working while we were there and had internet difficulties. We never did get a call back from their IT about the internet issue. The living room DVD player didn't work but the bedroom ones did. We would stay there again!

We stayed here in early November 2020. The view is just fantastic and expansive. You really can't beat it. The value that we received was excellent. The place is exactly as seen. It could use some updating, but everything was functional. It also included tennis courts and pickle ball courts. The tennis court net was broken, but we were able to play. The pool was heated which was nice as well. The hot tub wasn not operational, probably due to COVID.

Our family enjoyed a week at Watercrest 1003 in Panama City Beach. The living room area was recently remodeled and a pleasant area to spend time with the family. Also, the view was spectacular. The balcony and large sliding doors were wonderful too. The condo needs a new vacuum to remove sand that is tracked in from the beach. (You may want to bring along a broom.) Also, the kitchen is a flashback to the 1980's but served its purpose. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay in this condo again.

Although the view looked amazing online, the reality was so much better. The view was the best we have ever had and the beach was perfect. The location on Thomas Drive was just what we wanted, too. This was a memorable vacation. I wish that we could convey our feelings directly to the owner. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Awesome property in a great location. Furniture is a little dated but comfortable. Overall nothing fancy but a great place to stay. Balcony access was great, looked like new doors, really easy to open and close. I would definitely stay here again.<br/>

This condo was the best we have ever stayed in. The rooms were huge, clean, awesome view from the balcony. The room had everything we needed. The location was great because the beach wasn't crowded at all. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

Very nice room. Very spacious, large balcony could see down the beach in both directions. Everything looks exactly like the pics show. Quiet end of the beach which is what we wanted. plenty of great food close by. All-around great place. Would recommend highly to anyone. No problem with noise or other guests. GOOD stay.

Overall our stay was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and the beach is gorgeous. The cleaning crew could have done a little better, there was dust and sand in corners in the bathrooms and kitchen. The amenities in the kitchen left a little to be desired, not enough pots, storage bowls with lids and the spatula is a very cheap plastic one. Luckily there are thrift stores close.
