Description

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

NO WEEKEND or PARTIAL WEEK BOOKINGS ARE AVAILABLE DURING SPRING BREAK or IN THE SUMMER. ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

The 3 bedroom has a King Bed in the Master with a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bedrooms also feature King Beds with TVs in both rooms. There are also 2 twin bunk beds built into the wall. These are big enough for grown adults. Plus there is a queen size sleeper sofa.

These 3 bedroom end unit has one of the Largest Full Wrap Balconies on Panama City Beach.

My family and I stayed in this older 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. It was spacious enough to accommodate our group comfortably and the view from every window was spectacular! We all loved the wrap-around balcony which allowed us to watch the waves, dolphins and other marine life during the day and the city lights at night. The place could use a few upgrades and good general cleaning, but it's close to everything and worked for us. We would stay again just for the view.

Very spacious with an awesome view. Easy access to the beach, pool, truck and street. Beds were all big bud not the most comfortable. Would recommend for people to stay and will be coming back in the future!

Over all condo and location were great. Loved the wraparound balcony and plenty of space for 9 people. Downside.. wasn’t very clean upon arrival. Bathtubs were dirty, food/candy trash left in night stands, empty fireball bottles, old bandaids on floor in bedrooms, comforters were dirty.. actually had to go to Walmart and buy new blankets for the beds to use for our stay. Mattresses on bunk beds are gross.. moldy and need replaced. Found drawers to the fridges in closet.. left them there. Kids had black feet from walking barefoot on the floors. We bought cleaning supplies, shower mats, and cleaned up before unpacking. Overall the stay was great, would just recommend a better cleaning company for cleaning your condos.

Condo is very spacious, pools great, short walk down to beach. Beds were very uncomfortable, makes noise with any movement. Cleaning was not good, sand on tables, drawers in bathroom not clean. Needs updates for sure

The views from this condo were AMAZING. The beds need updating, they creak and moan every time you move. If you are a light sleeper it may disturb you. Condo needs updated pictures as the furniture is slightly different. BUT it was beautifully decorated. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic home. We would not hesitate to book again. To address some of the reviews that comment that it was dirty. The kitchen cabinet doors need to be cleaned better. All the doors around the door knobs where dirty. It didn't concern us terribly as we are not coming to the beach to see spotless condos! Check-out time could be a little later then 9am. <br/>

It was great besides the door to the balcony from the living space was very heavy and hard to close every single time so we had to use the master bedroom door to enter and exit. Also people are able to park in your parking spot you pay for and when you ask the staff to have them move so you dont get a towing ticket again it takes a day to a day and a half to get them out.

We were in the 22nd floor and could see for miles in all directions. The balcony wrapped around to the front of the unit. This was a very nice condo with king beds in all three bedrooms with a set of bunk beds and a pull out couch. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. I would definitely recommend staying at Gulf Crest.

We have booked with ECDI at Gulf Crest a few times easy to book and work with. Room 2201 has a beautiful view from every window and door. The couch and loveseat and chair look new. All other furniture not in the best shape and sliding back door almost impossible to open.

We had such a WONDERFUL stay! The condo was absolutely perfect. Beds were comfortable, the couch was AMAZING (we didn&#x2019;t care that it was an older, worn couch.) the views from the wrap around deck were breath taking. We WILL stay here again... 10/10 with being impressed and comfortable!

Lots of room , furniture is very old and worn. No recliner , no round table in living room . Beds comfortable.dishes limited . One chair on the deck broken.<br/>Would stay again if furniture is replaced. Complex beautiful and very well maintained. Pools excellent. Entrance to beach great. Elevators fast. Plenty of luggage carts.

View was beautiful. Had a few holes and thing broken when we arrived, but maintenance came and fixed everything the next morning. Cleaning could have been better, but for at the beach it wasn&#x2019;t terrible. Could use new furniture and updating.

My family and I discovered VRBO 4 years ago and we have never been dissatisfied. Our condo experience only gets better. This is a very spacious and beautiful Condo. There were only a couple things that I would recommend: The sofa is very comfortable but has a couple tears; The mattress on all 3 King Size beds need to be updated. It took a couple days to adjust to the mattress but it did not affect our Fabulous vacation. We'll be back next year because there's no beach as beautiful as Panama City Beach, Fl.

Our stay was very nice although, and I have mentioned this in other reviews that I have already completed, the floor was filthy. Walking on it for only a few minutes barefoot resulted in black, sandy feet. Also, furniture could use an upgrade.

Over all our week was great. We have stayed at Gulf Crest before , Pools was great , beach wonderful our condo needs updated ,stove door broke,washer made a noise the unit needed a little bit better cleaning They sent someone right over to clean and someone to repair stove door. The price was great for a 3 br unit. This was our 9 year will be back next spring .
