Emerald Isle Beach Resort offers great amenities for your relaxation & enjoyment. On the west end of the beach in a less crowded area easy access to all local attraction in our condo directly on the beach. Close to the City Fishing Pier & Pier Park Mall outdoor lifestyle center with concerts, festivals, shopping, restaurants, nightclubs, family oriented entertainment, parades, fireworks and other activities that are great for adults and children alike.

Free Wi-Fi Internet is provided by the resort included at no extra charge.

Professionally decorated condo is a large 2 BR 2 bath unit on the 8th floor. Huge ocean front balcony. This unit features a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and En-suite bathroom with balcony access, TWO (2) Queen Beds in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all ceramic tile. Square footage is 1146 with a 247 square foot large balcony. The furnishings are exceptionally beautiful and the unit is tastefully decorated to enhance your vacation experience. The living room and both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV and DVD players..

EMERALD ISLE offers a Gulf-front indoor/outdoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion that features BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit except outside on balcony is permitted.

Emerald Isle Charges a Resort Registration fee of $40 (per condo per visit up to 7 days) to issue 1 parking pass and up to 6 armbands. Additional Parking Passes are $40 each and additional armbands are $1.50 each. This fee is charged to all guests checking in and is not in any way affiliated with us. Monthly renters must renew parking passes each month.

PAYMENT TERM For RESERVATION REQUESTS:

30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE : A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market. Final Payment must be received 30 days prior to your check in date or will be subject to potential cancellation.

LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE: The total amount due will be charged to the credit card you provide including a 3% Convenience fee.

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

Overall, our week stay was fabulous. We have stayed in this same unit 3 or 4 times now. One complaint we have this time, on Thursday, while we were hanging out on the balcony, the security guard opened the balcony door & announced they were there for "pest control". We were not happy, not being notified prior to them letting themselves in. A simple email or phone call would have been nice beforehand. & just for the record - we did not notice any pest issues!

No issue with room or property. never had any parking concerns or worries of getting a parking spot like some condos in the area. short walk off elevator (never waited long for an elevator) and onto the pool deck and then beach with NO STAIRS, was a nice surprise. Makes it easy hauling beach gear and cooler.<br/>

We had everything included, that we expected. Only one thing not as expected. The shower and bathtub in the master bath had NO hot water. I ran water as much as 10-15 minutes and NEVER got any hot water. I reported that and lady said they would send maintenance but no one ever came. It was just me and my daughter, so we took turns using other bathtub

Needs some repairs. Freeze does not freeze. Popsicles we bought for kids melted. Master bath needs a new commode seat. It was cracked and pinched when you sat on it plus the paint was pealing off of it. Shower rod needs replacing. Curtains in main room falling off. Chair in main room has wrong cushion and seats horribly. Chairs on balcony not comfortable at all. King size bed was comfortable. Love the complex and staff. Just not unit 806.

This was our first family trip with our son(he is five).The condo was nice, just as pictured. It was a great stay the beach and view were beautiful!! My son was able to see jelly fish, manatees and we even seen sharks our last day. The location is great if you are looking for something just out of the main tourist area. There were a few restaurants that are walking distance. The beaches were not busy and we had no issues with parking as we visited at the end of the season. We had no issues with the staff, everyone was extremely friendly! We have already began speaking on our next trip and would definitely stay here again!

There were 5 in our party ages 68-13. The unit was smaller then expected but worked for 5 people. If there would have been 8 it would have been to crowded. The 19 and 13 yr olds enjoyed the beach, pool and exercise room. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on balcony.

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean & had everything we needed to make for a wonderful week. A huge thank you to the owner! I spoke with him before we arrived, he was helpful with the area & stuff to do for our family. I reach out once during our stay too, early in the morning & got a quick response again!! I would stay here again. We also loved the location, less busy compared to the east end.

Very nice and spacious condo with everything you need. The view from the balcony was amazing and with such a large balcony there was lots of room to enjoy it. The inclusion of the beach chairs was a great bonus and greatly appreciated. The building was very clean and all staff were very friendly.

Enjoyed our week long stay at Emerald Isle. Have stayed there before, and specifically choose it as we were traveling with a 16 year old in a wheelchair with very limited mobility (barely able to walk), and we knew the beach access there was as easy as it gets. Condo was very nicely furnished and comfortable,and outside of needing an extra bathroom hand towel/kitchen towel (so we could use one/wash one), and a set of measuring spoons, everything was as expected. I'm pretty picky, and while the condo was clean enough, may be time for a deep clean. The elevators are slow, but when on beach time...The only BIG negative was that the property manager was the rudest individual I have EVER had the unfortunate need to communicate with in the hospitality industry. With all of the scams "out there", prior to my final payment I questioned the payment procedures I received (personal check or fee for credit card???), and his response was not just curt, but RUDE. He was demeaning, afforded little peace of mind,and honestly left me wondering (until we actually arrived) that it was a legitimate transaction. Condo great - property manager RUDE. Other than dealing with him, all was good.

Overall experience was nice, except for the remodeling going on next door. Alot of anoying noise for 2 weeks straight, sometimes until 8:30 at night. Complained to management but got no relief. The dish washer does not do a good job of cleaning. Got a new couch and ottamum, very nice. Got to new bar stools, but they are too short to sit at the bar.

condo is pretty much as pics show except chairs on balcony are different but still nice and balcony is very spacious, has 1 lounge, 1 rocker, 1 Klondike and table & chairs. kitchen is well equipped, tub/showers are adequate but need upgraded, we had a good stay and enjoyed the condo and facilities, gas grills are very nice to use. we would stay here again.

This was our second year staying in 806 at Emerald Isle. The condo was very clean, beds were comfy, and it is in the perfect location. We did have an issue with the lock on the condo door. To make the door lock, we had to enter the code twice even after following the instructions that were posted on the door. I don&#x2019;t think that is how the lock is meant to work. The only other issue we had was getting our beach chairs. Unless you &#x201C;took care of&#x201D; the beach crew by giving them a tip, you had to skip like 9 sets of chairs on each side and you had to get down there early to place your own towels on the chairs to claim them for the day. Waking up early isn&#x2019;t exactly what you want to do vacation. IMO, it should be first come first serve. There were days when those saved chairs didn&#x2019;t even get used. Otherwise, we love Emerald Isle. The lady who works the pool area is incredibly nice!!

The condo was very clean and well appointed and furnished. The balcony was large and lovely to sit on to look at the ocean. It was very easy to load/unload and get out to the beach. The staff was all friendly and helpful from checkin to the beach chair attendants. Some restaurants within walking distance many more within a 10 minute drive. Gulf world was amazing

The condo is pretty nice, although it does show a lot of wear. The master bed is extremely comfortable. The balcony is huge with nice chairs and table on it. I thought the condo was fairly clean but my daughter dropped her earring in the couch, when we pulled off the cushions and looked under the pull out bed, there was crushed up drink cans, chip wrappers,and a lot of sand, so maybe not as clean as I thought when we arrived.Also the pools are very small, so if you have kids this is not the best option for you, and the parking is a nightmare. Don't know if it was the $2000 price for the week, but we had a good time.

This condo is in the perfect location on the strip and in the building. It is in the center of the building and directly across from the 4 super fast elevators. There is a Winn Dixie not far from the condo and the restaurant across the street is delicious! The condo has 3 very comfortable beds (1 master, 2 in other bedroom). The couch is also a bed, but we didn&#x2019;t use it. The included chair and umbrella were VERY nice! I hope we can visit again soon.

Trying times during the Coronavirus pandemic and to make matters worse, tropical storm Cristobal came thru during the first few days of our stay. Overall I was well please with our stay. The state guidelines for restaurants and condo rentals threw things out of the ordinary norm but places were accommodating as much as allowed. we did have to re-book our stay that was postponed from a month earlier an this did cost us an additional $600.00 for staying during the summertime rate period but we warned this could happen.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was well-decorated with beach decor and had not only updated appliances, but the balcony was perfectly planned for our enjoyment. In addition, Emerald Isle has access to an extra large beach area with beach lounge chairs so it never feels crowded; an oversized outdoor hot tub; two pools; grilling area; and plenty of outdoor tables and seating. It always makes for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation.

Everything was great! Very clean condo with beautiful views from the gulf front balcony. This was a quiet, relaxing trip. Our only issue was with the cleaning crew-they tried to come a day early. The man just opened door and did not knock. Next morning at 7:15 another cleaning crew member came. I referred her back to main office. She also did not knock, just came on in!

First time at Emerald Isle and will definitely be back. Condo 806 was clean, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, stocked with everything needed for our stay. Balcony was the highlight - so gorgeous and huge! Beach service was fantastic (the chairs were a little too far back from the water but it wasn't that big of a deal). Resort staff were very nice and courteous. Pool rules were enforced which I appreciated (nobody wants kids to drop food in the pool). Elevators fast and efficient. Parking was awesome, could park under the building making walk to car from room less than a minute. One negative and I'll repeat other reviewers, change that dryer lint trap - it's broken, sharp and dangerous. Other than that, perfect in every way.

The condo was SPECTACULAR! We have rented several other locations, and this one is by far, the best! The condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your time. Beds are comfy and the view is amazing! Check in was quick and painless and the staff was accommodating. You are in close proximity to everything you will need to make your stay even more enjoyable. The views CANNOT be beat. RENT HERE! YOU WON"T REGRET IT!

Perfect!! Condo was everything we needed. Clean, up to date, washer & dryer in the unit. And ocean front. Hoping to go back next year!!! The only downfall was the parking - spaces are very tight in the garage.
