This listing is for a 3 BR 2 BA 11th floor Regency Towers Beach Resort condo that sleeps 8. There are King size beds in the Master Suite and large second bedroom, 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom and a commercial grade queen size sofa sleeper.

Sleep Safe: All linens and towels are 100% sanitized and disinfected after every stay by Gulf Coast Laundry Services.

This condo has granite counter tops and subway tile back splash in kitchen, all new floor tile no carpet, both bathrooms were completely remodeled with an awesome walk in shower in the Master En-suite bath, all new paint ceiling to floor, New Dining Room Furniture.

Great amenities at a budget price! Family friendly resort lots to do 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts and over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront to enjoy.

Located on the east end of PCB 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas, deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat jet ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s, Patches Bar and Grille, and Schooners Open Air Restaurant on the beach.

Spring Break Ages 18-25 Prices shown are for 8 people we will add $125 + tax each for 9th-10th guests and a $300 refundable Security Deposit to the total shown on the website.

No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

Overall a pleasant stay again at the Regency. Things I liked great views from balcony, perfect spot for morning coffee.The unit was very spacious and clean. In suite laundry worked well. The pools were big and enjoyable, Bikini Bob's was awesome as always, food and drinks were priced well, Beach here is fantastic and water was clear,Fishing from the beach was good and we were close to marina for fishing chartes. Local area had lots to do, the best being the pontoon boat rentals. Things that could be improved, not enough cutlery in the kitchen some of the furniture is getting tired and master bedroom mattress a bit uncomfortable. Overall a good stay, but prices are getting too high for a weekly rental making me question if I will come again. Definitely a fun stay that I would recommend to others.

The property was great and accommodating to a large family trip. The unit was very spacious with full size laundry appliances(very important). The kitchen was very equipped with everything you need for cooking. The furniture was outdated and worn, although it was enough for everyone there. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was terrible but it was only for a week. With only the few complaints the overall trip was great!

We had a very pleasant visit to Panama City Beach this year. The Regency Towers is located within walking distance to several nice restaurants/bars. The view of the beach from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, gym and billiards the condo offered<br/> Being so close the the beach is by far the best attraction. The condo has everything you need, even a crockpot! The dollar store is across the street too.

My family and I stayed at the Regency for 8 days during hurricane Idalia, she was coming in fast and strong and thankfully made an easterly turn. Condo was spacious and had plenty of room. Listing did say there were 2 pull out queen beds but there was only 1. We didn't need the other but if someone did could be problematic. Every email was answered fast and thoroughly. Only thing we would have changed was not having a double red flag just about every day we were there but that is no fault to the condo.

We love staying at this unit great views great location very roomy. would like for the TVs in bedroom two and three to have worked but other than that it was a great place to stay

Overall experience was good. Regency Towers was built in early 70's but is maintained fairly well. 2 large pools with one of them heated to 85 degrees was nice on cool days. The condo was right next to the elevator for easy access, but the front door was very difficult to open and close close. It was dragging in the door frame or sill. The accommodations looked just like the photos. Several updates had been done on the kitchen and counter tops, master bath and a fantastic tile shower. Beds were comfortable, light switches were a bit tricky to figure out, but windows could not be opened. The sliding glass door in the living room was stuck and wouldn't open. The door in the master bedroom worked fine with access to the balcony and an amazing view of the Gulf.

The kitchen was not fully stocked. There were several small skillets not no big one. All of the skillets were in bad shape. If a condo can sleep up to 10 guests them or should be fully equipped for 10 people. The refrigerator was small for the condo size. Beds were horrible. Sofa sleepers were decent. There was also a horrible noise in one of the bedrooms that would occur periodically and was loud enough to wake someone up. The dining room table only had 4 chairs and one of those were broken (could have been dangerous). We also noticed a broken chair in the laundry room that must have been broken before our stay. They definitely need new chairs. Again, we only had eight people but there were only 3 good chairs at table. Thankfully there were 4 good chairs at the bar.

We had an amazing time staying at Regency Towers 1126. Great location on the beach. The staff were so nice and we had a great time at the pool bar! The only thing that I would have changed is they only had 2 rolls of toilet paper in the entire place and they didn't have a single thing in the kitchen - not even salt and pepper.

Enjoy the condo, wish it was in better shape and maybe more kitchen items, beds where hard to sleep on. Other then that we loved the rooms.

1126 was an amazing unit. Corner condo right by the elevator. Bed covers need updating but other than that no complaints. There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of space. The property is older, but still nice. We would definitely stay there again.
